It is an indispensable concept that can protect religious ummah, either both Muslims and non-Muslims, and can also avoid possible disputes. The concept of dynamic harmony has the unifying feature of all groups of people in religious life through the shariah maqasid approach. Therefore, this study aims to explain the concept of dynamic harmony in religious life. It also reveals the position of non-Muslims who are living in Malaysia. In addition, it explains the sharia maqasid and its role in creating a peaceful and harmonious community. This study uses a research qualitative method with descriptive references. The data obtained is the source of primary data, namely field studies through observations, journals, articles and websites and secondary data, namely the Quran and hadith.
