Central to this model is the Transformational Leadership Model Canvas (TLMC), a tool designed to enhance collaborative problem-solving and decision-making through immersive learning simulations. The TLMC draws on various leadership theories, including James MacGregor Burns' Transforming Leadership and the Visionary Problem-based Leadership Model (VPL), as well as educational approaches like Howard S. Barrows and Lynda Wee's Problem-based Learning. The model incorporates key Islamic principles such as Tawhid (unity of God) and Ihsan (excellence), alongside the broader objectives of Maqasid Shariah (the goals of Islamic law). These principles emphasize ethical decision-making, accountability, and excellence.
