Using primary data on three hundred respondents in Indonesia, the study adopted structural equation modelling as tools of analysis. The research confirms that religiosity, knowledge on cash waqf, convenience, benevolence of cash waqf institutions, and promotion as major factors to significantly affect cash waqf preference.
