The problem is that the Arabic language teachers in the Comoros does not receive sufficient qualitative training, which enables them to develop their teaching skills and abilities to achieve the educational objectives. Therefore, the study aims to identify the reality of teachers training and discuss the main problems of teacher training. To achieve these objectives, a descriptive and analytical approach was used. The study population consisted of (011) male and female teachers at the primary schools. The researcher chose a random sample consisting of (01) male and female teachers. A questionnaire was prepared consisting of two axes: the reality of training and the second training problems, has been applied after ensuring the stability.
