Thus, this study aims; (1) to explore the Muslims� understanding of the content of the Quran based on Surah Al-Ikhlas and (2) to classify the understanding features based on their level of understanding the Quran based on Surah Al-Ikhlas using the framework analysis. The framework consists of five levels of understanding as categorized by Omar (2016). In terms of data collection, three participants were interviewed-two undergraduate students and one lecturer from a local university.
