Purposive sampling method was used for this study which the participants are consisted of all teachers who are teaching the Arabic language program at the Tamhidi Center, Islamic Science University of Malaysia (USIM). The researchers used the open-ended questionnaire to collect the required information to obtain more accurate and in-depth responses without being restricted to a specific answer. The results of this study showed that the teachers' perception and belief towards collocation's teaching were negative as the curriculum of teaching Arabic vocabulary in Malaysia Education still rely on traditional methodologies.
