Leadership alone does not assure that an organization may operate successfully unless there is smooth flow of communication. Communication is the biggest challenge in an organization because it involves going beyond mediated or un-mediated channels. The variation of authority level in management might affect the flow and the exposure of communication among members of the organization. The fear of being isolated for giving any opinion is another thing that still happens in our Islamic organization.
