Many hotels stopped their services and failed to survive. Some hotels that are still surviving need to discontinue the services of few employees to reduce cost. The situation brings a stressful condition and negative emotion to employees as they may feel insecure with their position. This conceptual paper looks at the situation faced by hotel industry that is tremendously impacted by the pandemic. Due to this, the impacts also influence the emotions and mental health of the employees. Thus through the literatures, there are several actions taken by the hotel providers and government to support the employees and avoid them from worse health condition.
