Islamic law also enacted many penalties for those who violated that right, to the point that Allah protects the fetus's right to life in its mother’swomb. The spread of the Corona epidemic and its strains caused a state of tension and anxiety among many women, and due to its widespread danger and the danger of the vaccine to women and their fetuses, they resorted either to aborting the fetus or postponing pregnancy. Hence, the research tends to analyze the position of Islamic law on this. The research shall explain instances where Islamic law permits this. To achieve the research goal, the researcher followed inductive and analytical approaches. The researcher concluded that jurists differed regarding the ruling on birth control (postponing it), and the researcher preferred that it be permissible subject to legal controls. If postponing pregnancy is due to fear of the epidemic itself, there is no objection to postponing pregnancy according to legal controls. If, according to a report from a group of trusted doctors, the danger of the Corona epidemic and its strains to pregnant mothers and their fetuses has been proven, and they have confirmed that aborting the fetus means safety for the mother, and there is certain or most likely death in its survival, and there is no other means by which abortion can be dispensed with, then it is permissible, because aborting it is to achieve a legitimate interest and ward off actual or expected harm.ArAborting FetusPostponing PregnancyCorona VirusRules And Purposes Of ShariaPostponing And Aborting Pregnancy In Light Of Corona Virus Outbreak And Its Epidemic Strains From The Perspective Of Sharia Rules And Purposesتأجيل الحمْل وإجهاضه في ظلّ تفشّي فيروس كورونا وسلالاته الوبائيّة من منظور قواعد الشّرع ومقاصدهtext::journal::journal article310336334
