It has become a well-known learning tool that be used particularly for distance learning environment. Mobile technology is a term that normally used to describe the various types of cellular communication technology and that has become the instruments which promote new ways of interaction in academic institutional services. Meanwhile, in Malaysia, Ministry of Higher Education has introduced a new subject for Malaysian Higher School Certificate students which is Tahfiz Al-Quran. In order to be in line with the updated tools, Smart Tahfiz E-Learning is introduced. It is an application that is developed in order to help Tahfiz students and teachers in their learning session. This application proposes a conceptual solution to assist students on practice of memorizing Al-Quran easily and teachers can monitor their student's performance as well. This application has self-access services, registration, events, schedules and other friendly users' features. The implementation of this mobile technology application in Al-Quran and Tahfiz learning is more preferable to be used during leisure time as it is self-learning and improvement method, due to optimize students' study time.
