In cases where reconstructive surgery is not possible, prosthetic rehabilitation is crucial in addressing this issue. Implant-supported orbital prosthesis provides superior retention, however, it is not economically acceptable for some cases. Various modes of retention are available to cater to each patient’s diagnosis, treatment need and economical status. This article describes the procedures in the construction of a customized silicone orbital prosthesis using adhesive and spectacles for retention.
