It is a practice that must be carried out to achieve Nibbana, or Nirvana, the end of suffering. According to Buddhism, life is a pain that can be alleviated by following the Noble Eightfold Path. The Right Speech is one of the aspects of the Noble Eightfold Path. This study is qualitative in character because it collects data through documentation, and the content analysis is done descriptively. The study's goal is to better understand Buddhism's teachings by examining universal human principles that can be shared, so by building taaruf and respecting people of different faiths. According to the findings, there are areas of commonality that can be shared to promote global harmony. A more in-depth investigation of this issue from an Islamic perspective is possible.
