This study aims to investigate the impact of intellectual capital components that human capital and structural capital on the GCC banking industry performance. The research is based on secondary data collected from Thomson Reuters data base, which covers 168 quarterly data basis span from 2013 to 2019. The panel data estimation is used to test the potential contribution of intellectual capital on the GCC banking industry performance. The result obtained confirmed a significant and positive impact of structural capital on the GCC banking industry performance.
