The study found that there are three types of leadership, starting from the supreme leadership, which is the head of the state follow by ministers, governors and parents at home. There is no least responsibility in these three types of responsibility though the head of the state carry the heaviest load, the three type of responsibility are interrelated, the supreme leadership is a divine gift only to a few people and not all are capable of assuming it.
