This research is a qualitative descriptive research with data collection through observation, literature study, and interviews. The results of the study showed that napping could be a strategy to increase students' concentration in learning. A nap which is carried out for 1 hour from 1 to 2 pm after the dluhur prayer can restore students' mood due to fatigue following learning activities from 7 am to 12 noon.otherNapping, Study ConcentrationArticle107113
