Participation of employee is seen as crucial and vital for the vision and mission of the organization in attaining its goals. Therefore, employee participation has remained and suggested to play a significant role in up bringing the organization through a constructive decision-making. Hence, the implementation of decision-making and involving employee needs attention in the context of Islamic management to contribute to the existing literature. In addition, a clear understanding in strengthening the involvement of participative Islamic management through a concise decision-making.
