This revolution will have a big impact on the national economy as well as our daily affairs. However, the advancement of digital technology also has a negative impact or can bring harm to users if misused. For example, using social media platforms to spread wrong things, giving bad words to other users, and excessive use of technology. Indirectly, things like this will have a bad influence and effect on users such as experiencing mental health problems and so on. This study was conducted to identify the negative effects of digital technology or social media that can affect the mental health of users. Apart from that, this study also focuses on psycho-spiritual treatment or therapy methods for social media users who suffer from mental health problems. This study uses data collection methods from past studies and information is also referred from secondary sources such as journals, articles, encyclopaedias, and so on. The results of the research conducted found that the application of psycho-spiritual therapy can treat patients or people suffering from mental disorders through specific Islamic methods such as knowing God through the application of tawhid knowledge such as performing prayers. This is because prayer is the most noble form of worship among others and it is proven to be effective in treating the human soul. With this, they will always remember their Creator and always try to get His grace and pleasure. The results of the study recorded positive changes in patients through this psychological therapy.en-USNegative Effects, Social Media, Psycho-spiritual Treatment. The Negative Effects of Digital Technology on Mental Health and Psycho-Spiritual TreatmentArticle955963
