Yet on the opposite aspect, the emergence of this era erodes the ancestral character and culture of the community, bringing negative impacts such as the emergence of individualism and a weak sense of solidarity due to dependence on technology. The central importance implemented by culture in the Society 5.0 era can also shape the identity of a society and inspire steps to preserve the richness of cultural heritage. One of the cultural heritages in the Kwangkay Tradition of the Dayak Benuaq Tribe is a reflection of the philosophy of life contained in every action and its implied meaning. This research aimed to discover the values contained in the Kwangkay Tradition culture in a preventive effort to face the social influx of the Society 5.0 era. Socio-cultural qualitative method was used as a research method along with descriptive literature study approach. In addition, the data collection technique was conducted through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) stage which consists of planning, conducting, synthesizing, and reporting. Following Peter L. Berger’s social construction theory, researchers applied the existing components as guidelines for analysis. The results of this study suggested positive values in the Kwangkay tradition, namely the noble value of history, the value of respect for ancestors, the value of sincerity and sacrifice, and the value of harmony. These values had a relationship in facing changing times based on constructivism theory. Additionally, it aimed to maintain the community’s identity by overlooking the challenges of the evolving era of Society 5.0.en-USKwangkay Tradition, social construction theory, Society 5.0, noble valuesJe Bahalap Ihapan Je Maram Inganan: Harnessing of Positive Values from the Kwangkay Tradition for Preventive Strategies Confronting Risks of Society 5.0Article207210
