The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Noor Insight program for early education teachers in the quality of their responses to common children's questions and to see how different views exist between the average rating of female teachers on the effectiveness of the program in answering the questions due to educational qualification, years of experience, and the number of training courses. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the study's objectives. The researcher designed and formulated two tools: a questionnaire and an interview, and she applied them to a sample of 302 early education teachers. The Cronbach Alpha association coefficient and Pearson association coefficients were used to verify the authenticity and consistency of the tool. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov natural distribution test was also used to verify data normality, calculate mathematical averages and standard deviations, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple linear regressions to answer study questions. The study found that the effectiveness of the Noor Insight program for early education teachers was very high, as evidenced by the level of dealing with individual differences and the level of educational means (very high), as well as the level of enhancing knowledge and skills enhancement and the feedback level (high). The results of the study concerning the variable "education qualification" and the variable "number of training courses" showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample to the effectiveness of the program in the quality of their responses to the questions common to children in the Muscat governorate of the Sultanate of Oman in all areas (enhancing knowledge and skills, using teaching methods, providing feedback, dealing with individual differences) due to the variable of educational qualification or the variable of training courses in all fields. Regarding the "years of experience" variable, the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample study to the effectiveness of the program in the quality of their responses to the common questions of the children in the Muscat governorate of the Sultanate of Oman in areas (use of educational methods, providing feedback, and handling of individual differences) in favor for sample study teachers with more than 5–10 years of experience. The interview tool further confirmed the study's results to determine how much the Noor Insight program contributed to and was effective in helping early education teachers address children's common questions. One of the recommendations of the study was to raise awareness of the importance of the Noor Insight program for early education teachers and its effectiveness in answering the question of children common in the Sultanate of Oman and in attempting to apply the program to school education for basic education teachers from the first cycle of the Sultanate.ArChildhood educationNoor Insight programEarly education teachersSultanate of OmanTeachersChildrenEarly childhood educationEarly childhood teachersTeacher effectivenessبرنامج نور البصيرة لمعلمات التعليم المبكر وفاعليته في الإجابة عن تساؤلات الأطفال الشائعة في سلطنة عمانBarnamaj Nur al-Basirah li-mu’alimat al-ta’lim al-mubakkiri wa fa’iliyyatuh fi al-ijabat ‘an tasa’ulat al-atfal al-sha’iah fi Sultanah 'Ammantext::thesis::doctoral thesis
