Limited studies have been conducted on the relationship between PCB and transfer of training. A total of 425 respondents from Malaysia Civil Defense Department in Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia who attended a disaster preparedness training (March – May 2015) were selected as a sample of this study. This study uses a quantitative method and Robinson and Marinsson’s (2000) questionnaire.
