Moreover, single image plays important role in numerous areas such as in object recognition and detection, enhancement, noise removal and weather condition removal. Rainy weather of outdoor images and videos reduces the visibility, performance of computer vision algorithms and other outdoor activities, which use for extracting features and information from images. Most of the previous review papers focus on the video techniques and raindrops which adherent on the surface and in the images.
