Concern for the human being in all stages of his life and age is one of the prominent features and features in the provisions of Islam and its legislations. Islam came as a compassionate mercy for all groups of people, and whose mercy and compassion included a group of people with special needs. The features of the Qur’an view and its discourse in them, so the discourse of the Qur’an in them was caring that included compassion and charity, for instance, in observing the feelings of people with special needs and their abilities by relieving them of some mandatory provisions, lifting embarrassment about them, taking into account their dignity, their own feelings, their innate tendencies, etc. The researchers followed the descriptive analytical method in extrapolating some Qur’anic verses and the source of reasoning in them, with the words of the scholars about them, and it was found that Islam has preserved the rights of people with special needs, and decided for them to take full care, work to eliminate their needs, and incite them to be patient and contented to raise their degrees.

The noble Companions, may God be pleased with them, realized the status of the pure Prophetic Sunnah, knew its value, and comprehended the texts commanding the transmission of knowledge. They loved the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, with a strong love, so they grew closer to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and listened to his hadiths, applied them, and transmitted them to those after them in the best possible way. Whoever looks into the books of knowledge clearly realizes that the Companions, may God be pleased with them, made tremendous efforts in narrating and memorizing the Prophetic hadith. I have researched and perused the books and references related to this matter, and extracted from them the ways in which the Companions, may God be pleased with them, dealt with the hadith of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in terms of bearing and performing it, and the diversity of those means and methods. These included attending his gatherings (peace and blessings be upon him) and staying with him, asking questions about difficult topics, traveling to him, listening to what they missed from their peers, verifying and authenticating hadiths by referring to them, and more. These efforts resulted in the preservation of hadiths in people's hearts and then in their writings, their understanding with their minds, their dissemination and dissemination among people, and their application in all areas of life. This demonstrates the great effort they exerted and the method they followed to preserve them, their authenticity.
