Hamdani [Supervisor]The study aimed to determine the level of perceptions of those working in crisis and disaster management at the Ministry of Interior (Abu Dhabi) about training development, and applications of artificial intelligence, and to study the direct impact of each of them on predicting security crises, and also to study the indirect impact of artificial intelligence as an intermediary variable in the relationship between training and Developing and predicting security crises. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method as a basic approach to the study. The study tool was designed; the questionnaire was formulated in (3) axes, (8) dimensions, and (60) phrases, and the study population reached (118) regular terms in work in crisis and disaster management at the Ministry of Interior (Abu Dhabi), which deals with security crises in a manner Direct and indirect. The data was processed using modern statistical methods, by employing the use of statistical packages (SPSS) and (SmartPLS). The study reached several results, the most important of which were: that training and development are essential processes for great effectiveness in forecasting through artificial intelligence and combating security crises, and that artificial intelligence is an offensive, preventive, and predictive strategy in managing security crises, and making decisions based on Artificial intelligence often leads to positive decisions in confronting security crises and solving problems, as the results showed that there is a positive direct effect with statistical significance between training and development and its dimensions and security crises, as well as a positive direct effect with statistical significance between training and development and its dimensions and artificial intelligence, and there was also A positive, statistically significant direct effect between artificial intelligence and its dimensions and security crises, and a positive indirect effect of training and development in predicting security crises through artificial intelligence as an intermediary variable. While the study recommended the necessity of establishing a special crisis management department in the Ministry of Interior (Abu Dhabi) that monitors predictive signals before security crises occur with a scientifically and practically qualified work team, while exercising accuracy and caution when making security decisions, especially when dealing with security crises, even if The results were the output of artificial intelligence.
