Publication Alonto's Views On Conveying The Moderation Of Islamic Message Through Policy Integration Of The Philippine Government(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2016) ;Mohammad Nashief S. DisomimbaKalsom AliThis paper examines the contributions of Alonto to the development of moderation of Islamic and western education in the Philippines, and it will clarify his Parliamentary struggle, his establishment of Islamic University of the Philippines and his views on Islamic education. The tendency of giving priority to discuss Alonto’s major contributions to the development of moderation of Islamic and western education in the Philippines is to clarify and trace the hidden and explore the reality of moderation between Islamic and western education and its impact to the communities in the Philippines. To address this limitation, an analytical study is conceived to foreground of his major contributions to the development of Islamic and western education in the Philippines. The objectives of this study is to identify and trace the development of moderation of Islamic and western education, to understand its reality, to summarize the views of Alonto’s Islamic and western education in the Philippines. Discourse Analysis will be used in this study in order to identify the elements of Alonto’s views on moderation of islamic and western education. The study singles out first that the Alonto’s moderation of Islamic and western education is no dichotomy to disconnect its teachings and understanding to each other. His approach to spread and development of moderation of Islamic and western education is primary a combination of his western educational background grounded based on the the Holy Qur᾽ān, and Hadīth. JalilArif Ainur RofiqThe Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic affects mental health in communities all over the world. Thus, this paper aims to see the potential of gardening as a therapy for mental health during this COVID-19 pandemic. Through the content analysis method, library research was conducted to examine this intervention. Findings show that gardening can be an alternative approach to prevention and healing in regards to mental health issues. Nature-based intervention such as gardening helps bring the feeling of peace and closeness to Allah which also allows for mental health issues to be curbed and health be restored, which ensures the overall well-being of those affected by COVID-19. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

It focuses the oneness of God through Islamic philosophical criticism, understanding the proofs and evidences of Christian theologians based on their Holy Bible, Athanasius Creed and Nicene Creed. The tendency of giving priority of this study is to show the views of Christian theologians on the doctrine of trinity with Islamic philosophical criticism in order to justify and confirm the oneness of God. The objectives of the study is to identify and trace the historical background of the oneness of God as Creator, to confirm that Jesus Christ is not God and creator, to confirm that God is not three persons and the three persons is not same substance and nature of the Son and Holy Spirit, to analyze and summarize the views of the Christian theologians on the doctrine of Trinity with Islamic philosophical criticism. Discourse analysis is employed in this article in order to identify that God is only one. The finding of this article will give a clear understanding about the Oneness of God as uncreated while the Son and the Holy Spirit are created by the Father. The tendency of giving priority to discuss of Alonto’s view on Policy Integration of the Philippine Government is to clarify and trace the hidden and explore the reality of Policy Integration of the Philippine Government. To address this limitation, an analytical study is conceived to foreground of his contributions to the Muslim Filipinos in the Philippine Islands through integration. The objectives of this study is to identify and trace the development of policy integration of the Philippine Government, to understand its reality, to summarize the view of Alonto’s on policy integration, and to forward analytical framework of the reality of policy integration in the Philippine Government. Discourse Analysis will use in this study in order to identify Alonto’s views on policy integration in the Philippine Government, contextualizing and examining, synthesizing and understanding/confirming/clarifying the reality of his view on the policy of integration. The study single out first that the Alonto’s views on policy integration is no dichotomy to disconnect its view and understanding to each other and no contradictory between his Muslim Filipino followers in the Philippines. Alonto raised the level of his involvement by collaborating with international universities, institutions and centers in Islamic countries such as Egypt and Malaysia. His approach and view to spread and development of policy integration is primarily a combination of his western educational background grounded based on the Holy Qur᾽ān and the teaching of Prophet Mohammad peace be upon him. This article analyses academics in higher education institutions satisfaction on co-workers and its differences based on demographic backgrounds. Using a simple random sampling technique, the researchers drew a sample of 1078 academics from three participating public universities. The findings indicated that the level of satisfaction with co-workers among academics was at the moderate level and there are differences of satisfaction based on demographic differences. Publication The Effect of Human Resource Management Practices on Motivation to Transfer: Evidence from the Malaysian Public Sector(UNIMAS Publisher, 2022) ;Abdul Rahim Zumrah ;Kalsom AliAhmad Najaa’ MokhtarMotivation to transfer is a requirement for transfer of training to occur in an organization. Motivation to transfer is defined as the employees’ desire to utilize the knowledge, skills and attitudes learned in training to their current task in organization. This paper argues that the motivation to transfer can be enhanced through human resource management (HRM) practices. In addition, this study proposes that motivation to learn mediates the relationship between HRM practices and motivation to transfer. The results of this study using a sample of 306 public sector employees in Malaysia provide support for the hypothesized relationships. Specifically, the results show that the motivation to learn partially mediates the effects of HRM practices on employee motivation to transfer. There are two important contributions of this study. First, this study provides empirical evidence about the role of human resource management (HRM) practices as a predictor to motivation to transfer in the context of public sector organization in Malaysia. Publication The Effect of Performance Appraisal System on Organizational Commitment: Case Study Gaza Electricity Distribution Corporation(USIM Press, 2023) ;Wasim Swidan ;Kalsom AliAli Al-TahitahThis study aims to investigate the effectof performance appraisal system on organizational commitment in Gaza Electricity Distribution Corporation (GEDCO). In total, 221employees from the Gaza Electricity Distribution Company's six branches took part in the study, with a response rate of 82.16%. The analysis was conducted using a quantitative research methodology. To analyse the structural equation model and look at the study hypotheses, the (AMOS) tool was utilized.The study found that there is a direct, weak, positive significant effect for performance appraisal system on organizational commitment.The results also denote that the dimensions (appraisal method (AM) and (appraisal feedback (AF) have the most impact on organizational commitment. The dimension (appraisal process (AP) was the least influential on organizational commitment.Thepractical implications in this studyindicated that dimensionsof performance appraisal system represented by process, methods and feedbackcan be effective factors for increasingthe level of organizational commitmentin Gaza Electricity Distribution Corporation - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication An Empirical Study: The Mediating Role Of Job Satisfaction On The Relationship Between Belongingness And Employee Retention In Malaysian Manufacturing Industry.(Research Trend, 2019) ;Ishaq Ibrahim ;Kalsom AliAbdul Rahim ZumrahThis paper presents a quantitative study examined the mediating role of job satisfaction (JS) on the relationship between belongingness (BG) and employee retention (ER) in the Malaysian manufacturing industry. Belongingness of the manufacturing industry in Malaysia has been measured by Employee Loyalty (EL), Organizational Justice (OJ), and Employee Engagement (EE) for better understanding to the importance of belongingness concept in the area of study. The questionnaires distributed among the factories located in Klang Valley, the collected data was analyzed by AMOS to conclude that there is a lack of retention in the manufacturing industry as it’s reported in previous studies and government departments in Malaysia. This study concluded that there is a significant partial mediation role of JS on the relationship between BG and ER. The study established a theoretical and practical base for the future studies, as well as implementations of retention in the Malaysian manufacturing industry. . Specifically, this paper objective is to identify whether challenging work influence the employee’s retention in the manufacturing industry in Klang Valley. Furthermore, this research concluded of 463 response collected in a quantitative approach and analysed via SPSS and SEM (AMOS) that challenging work is positively affect the employee’s retention in the manufacturing industry in Klang valley. Publication Impact Of Perceived Family Support, Workplace Support, And Work-life Balance Policies On Work-life Balance Among Female Bankers In Bangladesh(International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), 2020) ;Mahi Uddin ;Kalsom AliMohammad Aktaruzzaman KhanMost previous studies on work-life balance have adopted the developed and western country perspectives, which are rich in support structures and legislative policies to address employee work-life demands. To date, few similar studies have been done in emerging economies, where there are few work-life balance policies and support systems. This research investigates workplace support, supervisory support, and work-life balance policies concerning their impact on the work-life balance of Bangladeshi female employees in commercial banks. The results of this study are based on a questionnaire survey to a sample of 558 female employees selected through purposive sampling. Findings reveal that workplace support, superior support, and work-life balance policies significantly influence attainment of better work-life balance among Bangladeshi female bankers. Publication The Impact of Performance Appraisal System on Organizational Climate (Case Study -Gaza Electricity Distribution Company –2022)(Emirates College for Educational and Psychological Sciences, 2023) ;Wasim Swidan ;Kalsom AliAli Al TahitahThis article aimed to explore the impact of performance appraisal system on organizational climate in Gaza Electricity Distribution Company. Focusing on the importance of organizational climate, this study tested the performance appraisal system's influence which consists of several constructs including (appraisal process, appraisal method, and appraisal feedback). The survey design employed a probability-stratified random sampling method, and questionnaires were distributed to collect data. In total, 221 individuals from the Gaza Electricity Distribution Company's six branches took part as participants, with a response rate of 82.16%. For the analysis, a quantitative research methodology was employed. In order to analyze the structural equation model and consider the study hypothesis, AMOS software was employed. The study findings showed that the organizational climate is directly, strongly and significantly influenced by the performance appraisal system (74.8%). The results also showed that the two dimensions, appraisal method and appraisal feedback, had the greatest influence on organizational climate, whereas dimension appraisal process had the least. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Service quality dimensions have been described as a critical for student satisfaction and service organizations may substantial outcomes including student retention and monetary in a competitive market. However, there is little empirical evidence of how service quality provided by tertiary educational institutions can influence student satisfaction in developing economy context. Recognizing this significance, the study aims to investigate the impact of service quality on student satisfaction applying HEdPERF model proposed by Firdaus (2005). We collected a designed questionnaires from 376 students selected randomly. The findings indicate that the significant variables explaining student satisfaction as: administrative aspects, academic aspects, reputation, and access. Publication The Influence Of Job Burnout, Perceived Organizational Support And Islamic Religiosity Towards Innovative Work Behavior Among Academics In Malaysian Research Universities, Klang Valley(GIAP Journals, 2017) ;Raja Mayang Delima Mohd Beta,Kalsom AliThe days when academics were regarded as a low-stress working environment were over. Because of the reshaping of academics' work, multiple roles have emerged, and the academics must take steps for the changing situations in their academics' practices. When academics do not experience a sense of well-being at work and feel the lack of competencies, this may lead academics to experience a high level of burnout or even leave the teaching professions. Therefore, this study will be conducted to examine the burnout characteristics of academics in research universities in Malaysia towards their innovative work behavior in teaching, research and service activities. With the high demand of producing specific research outputs put the academics under pressure to cope with their teaching responsibilities and other managerial and administrative responsibilities. This study will also examine the moderating effects of Islamic religiosity on the relationship between job burnout, perceived organizational support and innovative work behavior among academics in Malaysian Research Universities. Three hundred and sixty-four (364) Muslim academics from four Malaysian Research Universities located in Klang Valley will be sampled. Data will be collected via questionnaires, and the study will be using SPSS and AMOS, an approach of structural equation modeling to examine the survey data. Thus, the findings will be expected to show that the effect of job burnout and perceived organizational support on innovative work behavior is significant for academics and that Islamic religiosity of academics contributed to alleviating job burnout and enhancing positive, innovative work behavior.
