The method of iḥtiyāṭ is widely used in most laws according to the Syafii scholar of thought to produce clear and convincing laws. This method is seen more accurate and parallel laws according to maqāṣid al-sharī’ah. Looking at the practice of the dominant Syafii scholar of thought in Malaysia, then most of the standards and rules practiced are based on the laws. However, when examined there are some things in the standard that also take the law from other scholar because it is seen as easier to practice. This causes a conflict of law in the rules with what is practiced according to the Syafii scholar of thought including in issues related to slaughter. Therefore, this study will focus on the analysis of slaughter in MS 1500: 2009 according to the perspective of the Syafii scholar of thought based on the application of the iḥtiyāṭmethod to explain the adaptation of the thought method in law enforcement. Analysis of the study shows that the lack of application of the method of iḥtiyāṭ in the determination of the law on slaughter in MS 1500: 2009 causes a legal conflict between the rules set and what is practiced in the Syafii scholar of thought.

The dinnerware sets are commonly used by all the peoples including the Muslim's community. There is something to ponder about the lack of explanation on the food container (al-aniyah) concept even though it was discussed by Muslim scholars a long time ago. Therefore, this article will discuss the food container (al-aniyah) concept from Islamic perspective based on the classical and contemporary texts. Method of research is to be used from primary or secondary resources based on library method. Research outcomes proved that food container (al-aniyah) made from the various of materials such as the golds, silvers, diamonds, leathers, bones, coppers etc. Some of scholars has determined regarding on permission and prohibition of using the food container (al-aniyah) with justifications based on their own madhhab evaluations. Generally, the principle of the using food container (al-aniyah) is permissible until proven that it is haram
