Publication Al-Qasas Al-Nabawi Dalam Karya Abu Ishaq Al-Huwayni Dan ‘Umar Sulayman Al-Ashqar: Kajian Perbandingan(USIM Press, 2020) ;Muhammad Arif Yahya ;Khairulnazrin NasirMuhammad Ikram Abu HassanThe hadiths of Rasulullah SAW have various contents, including the stories narrated by the Prophet SAW. These hadiths are known as al-Qasas al-Nabawi. The approach to conveying the story is one of the uniqueness of the Prophet SAW in conveying knowledge and education. This study aims to examine the method of writing the works of al-Qasas al-Nabawi, which are compiled by modern writers and not presented thematically in major hadith works such as Kutub al-Sittah or Kutub al-Tisah. Abu Ishaq al-Huwaini and Umar Sulayman al-Asyqar are among the modern writers who have compiled these hadiths relating to al-Qasas al-Nabawi in their works. However, there are differences in the method of compilation and presentation of this hadith by the two authors, although authentic hadith were used as the basis of the study. The methodology of this study uses a qualitative study design with the method of content analysis on the work of al-Qasas al-Nabawi by Abu Ishaq al-Huwaini and Umar Sulayman al-Asyqar. The results of the study found that these two scriptures use the same method in selecting only the authentic hadith related to al-Qasas al-Nabawi, but have different methods in other aspects. The different methods used by the two authors include the choice of topics included in the hadith, the number of hadiths discussed, and the approach to presenting the teachings at the end of each hadith. In addition, the work of al-Qasas al-Nabawi by Abu Ishaq al-Huwaini is more concise and not suitable as a reference work for the public, as the author notes in the foreword to this book. The work of al-Qasas al-Nabawi by Umar Sulayman al-Asyqar is more systematic and useful as a guide for the public to understand the authentic hadith in the category of al-Qasas al-Nabawi. The method of writing in this article is that the author examines the hadiths from Sahih Bukhari to be used as teaching aids to students in primary schools. The author chooses a hadith from the book of al-Iman which is about the role or responsibility of a Muslim to another Muslim by taking care of his limbs and hands and also related to the advantages of congregational prayer in the Kitab al-Solat. While in terms of teaching methods or methods are teacher and student centered, the author has used Microsoft Powerpoint software as a tool or teaching aid (BBM) for primary school students based on topics related to the hadith. The special feature of this teaching aid is that students can look at it repeatedly at home and review it to strengthen their understanding of a hadith and apply it in their lives. Pupils can also share the material with their peers from other schools. It is hoped that through the tools or teaching aids (ABM) produced can give awareness to the current generation on the actions or practices that should be displayed on social media should always be guided by true Islamic guidelines and help teachers in diversifying their teaching methods in primary schools, especially the study of hadith in the subject of Islamic Education. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Pendekatan Hafazan Hadis Di Universiti Islam Madinah: Kajian Terhadap Pelajar Selain Kuliah Hadis(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2017) ;Muhammad Arif Yahya ;Mohd Khairul Nazrin Mohd NasirAhmad Yunus Mohd NoorArtikel ini meninjau tradisi hafazan hadis melalui subjek yang diajar kepada pelajar selain dari kuliah hadis di Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Madinah, Arab Saudi. Kajian ini bertujuan mendedahkan kepentingan hafazan hadis diterapkan kepada seluruh penuntut pengajian Islam selain dari bidang hadis yang utama. Kajian ini berbentuk sorotan dan pengenalan mengenai subjek hafazan hadis tersebut dari sudut jumlah hadis yang dipelajari dan yang perlu dihafal serta kuliah-kuliah yang terlibat dalam hafalan hadis ini disamping pemarkahan hafalan hadis yang dinilai dalam ujian tutorial dan peperiksaan akhir semester. Selain itu, kajian ini juga melihat beberapa perbandingan secara umum berkaitan penekanan dan pengamalan sistem hafazan hadis ini khusunya di Universiti Awam (UA) Malaysia. Kajian ini menggunakan metode lapangan dalam memperolehi data melalui kaedah temubual serta kajian perpustakaan melalui bahan-bahan terbitan yang berkaitan. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa hafazan hadis amat ditekankan kepada pelajarpelajar Kuliah Dirasat Islamiyyah di Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Madinah sehingga dijadikan subjek wajib kepada pelajar selain daripada kuliah hadis. Kajian ini juga mendapati tradisi hafazan hadis ini amat perlu ditekankan kepada penuntut pengajian Islam secara umum sebagai persediaan menguasai dalil-dalil syarak dan tidak hanya terhenti kepada pelajar-pelajar di dalam bidang hadis atau al-Quran semata-mata. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Understanding Of Hadiths Based On The Concept Of Wasatiyyah Al-qaradhawi To Deal With Understanding Of Extremism(Center for Promoting Ideas, USA, 2020) ;Muhammad Arif Yahya ;Muhammad Razak Idris ;Amran Abdul Halim ;Muhammad Ikram Bin Abu HassanMohamad Zulkifli Abdul GhaniThis study aims to examine the method of al-wasatiyyah by al-Qaradhawi in understanding the hadith especially in relation to the Faith (aqidah) and Worship (ibadah), to curb the extreme understanding of hadiths. The present study follows a qualitative methodology by focusing on al-Qaradhawi's works In the filed of hadith which specifically study the concept of al-Wasatiyyah in the understanding of hadith.This study concludes that the concept of al-wasatiyyah introduced by al-Qaradhawi also presents an approach in understanding the hadiths of Rasulullah (pbuh). The approach put forward by al-Qaradawi is also in line with the hadith scholars’ approach related to Fiqh al-Hadith. The study also concludes that the understanding of the hadith in the wrong approach can lead to extremism. This study has shown that the al-wasatiyyah concept introduced by al-Qaradawi is an important foundation in curbing extremism, especially the misunderstanding of the proponents of Islamic law such as the Quran and Hadith in modern times.
