Publication Pembangunan Modul Latihan Pelaksanaan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Berintegrasikan Nilai Keagamaan Dalam Kalangan Staf(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2021-09-09) ;Khairunneezam Mohd Noor ;Wan Mohd Fazrul Azdi Wan Razali ;Safiyyah Ahmad Sabri ;Mohamad Isa Amat ;Muhammad Khairi MahyudinAhmad Najaa’ MokhtarEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) dilaksanakan sebagai usaha organisasi memberi sokongan dan bantuan kepada stafnya. Begitu pun, model pelaksanaan EAP berbeza bukan sahaja mengikut budaya dan polisi organisasi bahkan mengikut jabatan yang berbeza termasuk agensi kerajaan. Elemen keagamaan adalah keperluan dalam EAP dan berpotensi menghuraikan kompleksiti masalah pekerja secara lebih berkesan. Kertas kerja ini akan menelusuri potensi pembangunan modul latihan EAP yang berintegrasikan agama dalam kalangan staf di agensi kerajaan. Kajian ini akan menggunakan teknik penyelidikan gabungan (Mixed-Method) melalui temuramah dan soal selidik. Data kualitatif akan dianalisis menggunakan kaedah Analisis Bertema berbantukan perisian Nvivo dan data kuantitatif menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif, Inferensi dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Dapatan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif seterusnya akan dijadikan gagasan kepada output kajian yang diharapkan iaitu pembentukan modul latihan EAP berintegrasikan prinsip Islam. Hasil signifikan yang diharapkan daripada kajian ini adalah ia membantu merealisasikan modul latihan EAP di agensi kerajaan. Seterusnya membantu staf di agensi kerajaan menunjukkan prestasi tugasan yang cemerlang dan mapan. Halal is a lifestyle that covers everything in the life of a Muslim. Muslim entrepreneurs play an important role in society, in contributing to Islamic economic. Islamic Entrepreneurship is based on the concept of al-rizq, halal and haram and the principle of brotherhood (Ukwah). This article will discuss on understanding Muslim market towards halal cosmetic and personal care product and the challenges of Muslim entrepreneurs must overcome to fulfil the increase demand and awareness of halal cosmetic and personal care products. In regards of the comprehensive review, it is recommended that Muslim entrepreneurs should focus on producing halal cosmetic and personal care product that meet the need of Muslim consumers and more importantly, is lined with sharia compliance.
