Publication An Analysis Of Al-baya' Bithaman Ajil Contract In Islamic Financing Products: A Case Study In Brunei(Hampstead Psychological Associates, 2020) ;Mohd Rizal Muwazir ;Hajah Sabariah Haji Hassan ;Noradilah Abdul Hadi ;Sri WidyastutiMohammad SaidThe purpose of this study is to analyse factors influencing the application of the al-bay’ bithaman ajil (BBA) contract which is still dominating financing instruments in Islamic financial institution in Brunei Darussalam (Brunei). This study employs case study research design which entirely concentrates on qualitative analysis from interview technique as a primary data collection method. There were 10 respondents selected in this study working in Tabung Amanah Islam Brunei (TAIB). The results suggest that respondents were very optimistic and hold positive ideas towards the implementation of other forms of Shariah contracts in Islamic financial products, which have now been introduced in other countries. The article provides valuable contribution to the development of Islamic finance in Brunei. Following the controversy surrounding the use of BBA contract in other countries, the result of this study will offer Islamic financial institutions and regulators in Brunei positive development in the effort to diversify Islamic financing products and services which are universally accepted according to current demands. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Justeru, pemain industri yang terlibat perlu aktif dalam meneroka peluang yang tersedia terutamanya dalam penggunaan aplikasi digital yang optimum. Antara faktor utama perkembangan sektor ini ialah analisis populasi generasi milenium dan Generasi Z, serta teknologi yang akan meningkatkan akses kepada maklumat pelancongan. Oleh itu, kajian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif bagi mendapatkan maklumat berkenaan penggunaan pemasaran digital di kalangan penyedia pelancongan halal serta pelancong Muslim di Malaysia. In the Islamic point of view, there is specific focus on the rules of estate planning for instance Faraid law. In addition, there are also several other estate planning’s instruments offered in the Malaysian market such as Hibah and Wassiyah. However, most of the literature previously found that Malaysian are lack of awareness on Islamic estate planning. Considering the potential amount of wealth owned, therefore, this study will investigate the effect of factors namely attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control and Islamic estate planning knowledge towards the intention of Islamic estate planning behaviour specifically among Muslim entrepreneurs. The implications of this study are pertinent to several parties such as financial planners, practitioners, and financial institutions; provides a useful insight into the personal financial planning studies. The competitive portfolio of services suggest banking institutions to make a significant effort to improve their service quality. This article discusses concepts of customer satisfaction and service quality within banking industry to draw attention to some conceptual and application challenges for Islamic banking institutions. This article is based on a critical review of literature in this area. This paper highlights the need for sufficient information regarding customer’s expectation and satisfaction in order for banking institutions to sustain in the market. Majority of tourists got information through travel websites, social media, blogs, travel agencies and advertising. This signifies the importance of digital marketing as the internet has changed the way people communicating and interacting with each other. This study aims to explore the concept of digital marketing and its potential in enhancing marketing strategies for halal tourism provider based on critical review of literature. Several variables such as the level of investment, ZIS, and inflation are used in this study. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence and relationship of investment, ZIS, and inflation on economic growth in Indonesia. This research method using a quantitative approach. The Data used is secondary data in the form of time series. This research method using a quantitative approach. The method of analysis using the model of Vector Autoregression (VAR), followed by the model Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), if there is cointegration. Data testing is done with the help of software Eviews 7 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of the study found that the variable ZIS and inflation have an effect on long-term GDP. Variable mutual funds conventional and sharia does not affect the long-term GDP. Variable mutual fund conventional, Islamic mutual funds, ZIS, and inflation does not influence short-term economic growth. GDP responds positively to shocks that occur in a mutual fund conventional, sharia mutual funds, and ZIS. GDP responds negatively to the shock on inflation. Variable inflation gives the largest contribution to GDP, then mutual funds conventional and ZIS as well as the last sharia mutual funds. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Furthermore, the standardisation of the law used in the implementation of the productive waqf, which includes al-Qur'an, Hadits, fiqh rules, and aqwal al-'ulama, must be examined in order to reach a conclusion on the implementation status. There are many unique things to analyze in the implementation, such as the use of the institution fund, which is oriented to develop cash waqf, and the exictence of the waqf board, which becomes the highest decision maker. Because all of the pesantren's assets become waqf property, the highest leader is no longer on the foundation but on the waqf board. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The existing literature indicates that successful and profitable corporations spent significant amount of money to actively participate in social and philanthropic programmes. Therefore, this article seeks to explore the motivations behind CSR engagement by financial services industry in Malaysia. A quantitative survey design was adopted to gather primary data from senior managers of the corporations. A total of 376 responses were collected and analysed in this study. Using a digital platform for Islamic financial education can make learning easier and more effective. This research will investigate the contributing factors from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), such as social influence, effort expectancy, and performance expectancy, to the intention to use digital platforms for Islamic financial education.
