Publication The Effectiveness Applying Of Best Practice Theory Of Human Resource Management Strategy On The Organizational Performance Of The Transportation Sector In Dhofar Governorate-sultanate Of Oman(Center for Promoting Education and Research(CPER), USA, 2019) ;Mohammed Suhail Ahmed Al Hadhri ;Nouna SammariMuhammad Khairi MahyuddinThe study aimed to test the effectiveness applying of the best practices theory of human resource strategy on the performance of the transport sector organizations in Dhofar Governorate Sultanate of Oman, and to investigate the nature of the relationships included in the conceptual model of the study. It also aims to identify the role of the third organizational behaviour variable (the middle variable) between best practices of human resources management and improving the organizational performance. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach and quantitative analysis based on the method of field survey to examine the hypotheses and verify the correlation of these variables among them, depended on the questionnaire study tool. Based on the nature of relationships in the conceptual model of the study, the researcher used in the measurement and analysis of hypotheses structural modelling (SEM) using the program (AMOS) version (22) because this method of features comparable to traditional statistical methods in its accuracy, flexibility, and the measurement of several hypotheses at the same time The existence of several intermediate variables, and after testing the relationships between the underlying factors, the results showed that the effectiveness of applying the best practices of the human resource management strategy affects the levels of improvement of organizational performance through the positive role of the organizational behaviour of individuals in the organizations under study. The study recommended the promotion of the participation of all levels of staff in the administrative decision-making process. Attention to human and moral aspects, and the promotion of the culture of the organization in adopting modern concepts in human resource management to adapt the aspirations of its employees in line with contemporary developments. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Human Resources Management's Strategic Practices Role In Improving Organizational Performance(Usuli Faqih Research Centre PLT, 2018) ;Muhammad Suhail Ahmad Al-HadhariNouna SammariThe study aimed to test the validity of the impact model of the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategic practices of human resources management on improving the performance of the transport sector organizations of the Dhofar Governorate in Sultanate of Oman and the nature of the relationships included in the model of the study. The model includes three basic variables: strategic human resource management practices as an independent variable, second; Variable Organizational Performance, third; variable Organizational as a mediator virile. To test the nature of the relationships between the variables in the model, the researcher adopted analytical descriptive method (Quantitative Method). The study population consist of (1075), the study used questionnaire that distributed by randomly sampling to study sample (283). The study adopt structural modelling equation (SEM). The results show that the effective implementation of strategic human resources management practices affects the levels of organizational performance improvement through the positive role of organizational behaviour of individuals of the transport organizations in Dhofar Governorate in particular and the Sultanate of Oman in general. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Some elements of social aspects may play a role and influence decision making. Although there may be some influences, that may shape and influence the leaders’ decision making process such as educational opportunities, existence of parents during the leader’s childhood, influence of friends and self development. The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between such social elements and the leader’s rehabilitation decision making in Bahrain with a sample of 51 leaders, influential people and decision makers in various sectors in Bahrain. The study revealed no significant differencesinall the factors except for self development where it revealed that it does play a role in the leadership rehabilitation decision making. The study uses Qur‟an and hadith as basis theory to explain the importance of the Islamic human development. Literature review methodology is used to explore the area of research. The findings explore the literature in terms of Qura‟an and hadiths. The study shows Islamic human development encompasses conventional way of thinking. Human development starts with belief in Tawheed, success of Al-Falah, follow by Islamic principles & rights, well equipped in both revealed and divine knowledge; accepting equity of humankind and practising good governance at home, at institution and as a society through governments.This study provides rich insight of literatures that have been missing in relation to Islamic perspectives of human development. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication The Reality Of Return On Investment In Training In The Training Centers Affiliated To The Ministry Of Education In The Sultanate Of Oman(RESSJOURNAL, 2019) ;Fatma Hamed Mohammed AlnaimiNouna SammariThe purpose of the research was to identify the reality and feasibility of training in the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman through a questionnaire sent to a sample of training centers affiliated to the Ministry of Education, which implements training programs for employees in their various educational departments. The research community may be trainees from various educational departments in the training programs implemented in the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman for the year 2017-2018. A random sample of 197 participants in the training programs was selected from different educational departments and the analytical descriptive method was used in the research analysis. The results show that the most important training objectives were to raise the level of performance of employees at work, and that the performance reports prepared by the Direct managers are the most important means of measuring the return on investment from training, and the results of the research show that the most important benefit of investment in training is to increase the knowledge of employees of their duties. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the creation of a clear training policy to be developed by the senior management in the light of the strategies and objectives of the educational units to prepare the annual plans and budgets for training, and the design of the training programs according to the demand-based demand methodology. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Social Factors Influencing The Decision Making Process: A Comparative Study Between Oman And Bahrain(EPRA Wisdom, 2018) ;Talal Hamad Humood AlRawahi ;Nouna SammariSuhaila AlHashemiDecision making is part of our daily life, choices we have and alternatives we develop and our choice in selecting the most suitable alternative which is sometimes not the best. The aim of this study is to detect the impact of social life on the leading rehabilitation decision making in the Sultanate of Oman and Kingdom of Bahrain. The study used the descriptive analytical approach using questionnaires distributed to 121 leaders from various sectors both in Oman and Bahrain. The results revealed there is no statistically significant mean difference at (0.05) significance level between the mean of social life degrees which influence leading rehabilitation decision making and the following factors: gender, education, age, original home, status of the family, income level, social raising and the education of the parents. This indicates that leaders are independent upon their own experiences and thoughts, and that the other factors are tools that would help them in the process. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Publication منهجية فيليبس في قياس لعائد من الاستشمار التدريبي وتطبيقاتها في تقييم التدريب بوزارة التريب بوزارة التربية والتعليم بسلطنة عمان(The Scientific Institute for Advanced Training and Studies, 2019) ;Fatma Hamed Mohammed AlnaimiNouna SammariThe objective of this Quantitative research was to identify the measurement of the return of the training investment through an applied study on the training programs implemented in the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman. The problem is the belief that; it is useless to evaluate training programs, and the officials fear to show the shortcomings or failures of the training program. To achieve the objectives of the research, researcher used the questionnaire as a key tool for data collection, and the descriptive analytical method for conducting research. The study community is staffed by administrators and employees in the Ministry of Education which approaches (829) employees, the researcher used the Random class sample, distributed (263) questionnaire and retrieved (215) questionnaire, where the recovery rate (81.8%) The Statistical Data Analysis Program (SPSS) was used. The findings revealed that: that the level of interaction of trainees in the training programs implemented was high and the level of trainees' acquisition of skills and knowledge from the training programs implemented was high, and that the level of trainees' application of the skills of the training programs was average, and the results showed that the training programs had an effect on the trainees' environment on average. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: To take into account the design of the training programs according to a scientific methodology, the steps and procedures are studied in all the training stages so that the training programs achieve the desired objectives of the training. The research also recommended giving the workers the opportunity to choose training programs that correspond to their abilities and training needs. The research also recommended preparing the annual training plan for training and following up the impact of training in coordination between the training supervisors and supervisors of the trainees in the field of education according to their specialization.
