Abstract

The study aimed to test the validity of the impact model of the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategic practices of human resources management on improving the performance of the transport sector organizations of the Dhofar Governorate in Sultanate of Oman and the nature of the relationships included in the model of the study. The model includes three basic variables: strategic human resource management practices as an independent variable, second; Variable Organizational Performance, third; variable Organizational as a mediator virile. To test the nature of the relationships between the variables in the model, the researcher adopted analytical descriptive method (Quantitative Method). The study population consist of (1075), the study used questionnaire that distributed by randomly sampling to study sample (283). The study adopt structural modelling equation (SEM). The results show that the effective implementation of strategic human resources management practices affects the levels of organizational performance improvement through the positive role of organizational behaviour of individuals of the transport organizations in Dhofar Governorate in particular and the Sultanate of Oman in general.
