Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menilai beberapa isu mengenai pengagihan zakat yang dilihat menjadi perselisihan dari sudut hukum khusus di Lembaga Zakat Selangor (LZS). Permasalahan ini dikaji menurut perspektif syara' dengan tumpuan rujukan terhadap teks fiqh turath jawi kerana ia dianggap sebagai sumber rujukan yang berautoriti dalam mengeluarkan hukum yang lebih sesuai dengan konteks Nusantara. Isu yang diketengahkan terdiri daripada empat perkara. Antaranya peruntukan asnaf amil digunakan bagi pengurusan asnaf muallaf dan riqab, agihan dana zakat di luar wilayah Selangor, bayaran perubatan pesakit kritikal sebagai asnaf al-gharimin dan pembayaran zakat kepada asnaf fakir dan miskin dalam bentuk latihan dan modal. Metodologi kajian yang diaplikasikan adalah "content analysis".

In Malaysia, people live their lives by being religious. It is an indispensable concept that can protect religious ummah, either both Muslims and non-Muslims, and can also avoid possible disputes. The concept of dynamic harmony has the unifying feature of all groups of people in religious life through the shariah maqasid approach. Therefore, this study aims to explain the concept of dynamic harmony in religious life. It also reveals the position of non-Muslims who are living in Malaysia. In addition, it explains the sharia maqasid and its role in creating a peaceful and harmonious community. This study uses a research qualitative method with descriptive references. The data obtained is the source of primary data, namely field studies through observations, journals, articles and websites and secondary data, namely the Quran and hadith. The study found that the concept of dynamic harmony is a guide to religious life based on shariah maqasid

The discussion of social justice is inevitable, and has been widely debated and discussed since the advent of the Second World War. The many aspects of social justice often discussed include equity, fairness, injustice, rationality, altruism, et cetera. However, the social justice framework, especially within a multi-ethnic context, requires further elaboration and explanation via the Maqasid Syariah perspective, in order to build a solid foundation of racial unity in line with the principles of the Malaysian Constitution. Therefore, this paper, using content analysis technique of existing literature, forges a direction for social justice within the multi-ethnic context in Malaysia, examined through the lens of Maqasid Syariah. In addition, this paper also looks into the role of the media in promoting Malaysian social justice. As the media is strongly influential in educating and disseminating messages to the mass public, it is important to enhance the role of the media in promoting a more accurate depiction of social justice to the society. Thus, this is an important discussion worth having, not least to ensure social justice in Malaysia is developed within the context of Malaysian society, especially with Islam as the religion of the Federation of Malaysia.
