Qualitative content analysis by inductive approach was used as analysis technique. From the analysis, 11 CSFs were identified. These CSFs were then being grouped into six themes, namely management role, user focus, employee focus, content focus, technology focus and organisational culture. Then these CSFs were being validated in a focus group to finalise the CSFs for knowledge transfer via Australian government website. This study used a single study of one government agency in Australia. Therefore, the result may not be applicable to other government departments due to differences of business areas. Nevertheless, this study produces a list of CSFs for strategic management in government agency to consider for development and management of government website. The list might lead towards a best guideline for knowledge transfer to happen via government website. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Publication HOMERESC: Home Services Mobile Application(Kolej PERMATA Insan, 2023-12-23) ;Nur Fatin Izzati MamatNurdiana AzizanThis research aims to develop a mobile application for home maintenance. The Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) requests the cooperation of the Selangor government to solve the problem of the Taman Seri Berembang flat building which is now in a critical state. A block in the 22-year-old flat now has serious cracks and is not safe to live in. According to the minister, KPKT is ready to build new settlements for the affected residents, however, the ministry needs to get cooperation from the state government. In the meantime, 30 houses were found to have severe cracks and damage, therefore these 30 families had to be moved to any Selangorku house nearby. Although there are numerous causes for this, one of them can be the difficulty in hiring somebody with experience repairing home issues. Moreover, finding qualified individuals for in-home maintenance work has become more difficult in recent years. Therefore, a mobile application named "HOMERESC" Home Service System was developed to address all the issues and ensure the welfare of users. The name ‘HOMERESC’ was chosen to represent this application's ability to "rescue" all damaged homes. An Agile methodology has been used to build this system, ensuring the research’s goals are met and the development process goes smoothly. Hopefully, the HOMERESC mobile application could assist users in finding qualified individuals to perform house maintenance. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

In this modern day, most people have had at least one food e-commerce application handheld, for example, GrabFood, Foodpanda, or ShopeeFood. These applications similarly work wonders by having vendors registered in their system along with the foods sold. Users can swipe through the menu depending on their desire, pay instantly cashless and wait for the food to arrive at their doorstep. It is undoubtedly a very helpful application, especially during this pandemic era when we could avoid being in a crowd for lunch or dinner. Therefore, this research entitled ‘TryEat’ Variety Halal Food E-commerce System is meant to overcome the issues, where it aims to monitor every in-process food making, the vendor’s halal status, ingredients used, and strictly prohibited any doubting elements throughout the registration phase. Meanwhile, the word ‘variety’ in the research title is due to the uniqueness of this system, which emphasizes the colors of food from various races. This also explains the chosen name of the web-based application, ‘TryEat’, which brings a similar sound as ‘try it, encouraging people to try something new. The methodology used to develop this research is by Waterfall Model to ensure that the development process runs smoothly, the system works well, and achieves the research’s objectives. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Re: Think Waste Mobile Application(Kolej PERMATA Insan, 2023-12-23) ;Nurul Natasha IsmailNurdiana AzizanThis research aims to develop a mobile application for waste recycling. Many people nowadays no longer recycle and instead simply discard rubbish without separating the several types of waste from their bins. In our community, recycling rates are still low. According to the most recent data, the population of the country is expected to expand by 600,000 people a year, or 2.4%, which would increase waste production. Therefore, the "RE: THINK" application is created to assist in resolving this problem and making it simpler for society to recycle its waste. The waterfall approach is chosen for this research because the method promotes a consistent concentration across all projects and enables the reproduction of effective elements and learning from mistakes, leading to a process of continual progress. Re: Think mobile application makes recycling simpler and easier because it will allow the consumer to recycle by using smartphones. This application collaborates with accredited recycling facilities. In their state, consumers can select a recycling facility. This application allows consumers to find locations to deliver their recycling stuff more easily. Some communities are unaware that facilities like this exist, so they can easily locate a place to recycle their items. Consumers also may request the recycled products to be picked up at their house which will benefit especially the elderly and disabled consumers. They can identify objects for recycling and make a profit from their recycling activities. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
