Publication Alcohol In Food According To Scientific And Islamic Perspective And Its Neuropsychiatry Effects(Usuli Faqih Research Centre PLT., 2024) ;Nurul Jannah Abd Rahman ;Ummu-Hani AbasNadrahtul Huda MisralIn Islam, the consumption of alcohol is generally considered haram, which means it is forbidden or prohibited. There are rules that have been identified by jurists in measuring the halal or haram status of a product. There are permissible alcohols in food that are allowed to be consumed. The Istihalah concept is generally implemented by Islamic scholars in order to characterize the permissible alcohol present in food. Alcohols are among the most common organic compounds, identified by one or more hydroxyl (-OH) groups attached to a carbon atom of an alkyl group. Excessive alcohol consumption and alcohol drinking during adolescence specifically are the risk factors for the development of alcohol use disorder (AUD), anxiety, and other neuropsychiatric conditions during adulthood. It has been reviewed that neuropsychological testing of selective cognitive, sensory, and motor functions has enabled tracking the consequences of AUD, which involve the corresponding disruption of selective functions with respect to response inhibition, visuospatial, emotional, postural stability, mnemonic, and brain system supporting these functions. The nervous system is one of the structures that is most sensitive to alcohol. Alcohol affects the brain’s communication pathways, hence inducing brain and nervous system problems. Herein, a review with regard to alcohol in food from an Islamic perspective and its neuropsychiatry consequences will be discussed accordingly. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Pada zaman ini, masalah yang sedang kita hadapi adalah perhatian kita terlalu sedikit dan singkat untuk mengetahui kaedah-kaedah bahasa Arab dan mengetahui kepentingannya dalam memahami sesuatu nas dan tujuan-tujuannya dengan melihat kepada operasi, konseptual, eksplisit, metafora, tafsiran umum dan khusus di mana semua ini memerlukan pengetahuan bahasa yang lengkap. Oleh itu, pemahaman terhadap fungsi Dalalah Nahwiyyah dan Balaghiyyah dalam pembinaan hukum perlu diambil perhatian dengan cara pengukuhan ciri-ciri unit modul akademik tersebut. Kajian ini menggunakan model analisis keperluan Hutchinson and Waters, 1987 yang terdiri daripada Kekurangan, Keperluan dan Kehendak untuk mengumpul data utama. Manakala data sokongan diperolehi daripada analisis dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa majoriti responden sudah memahami kebanyakkan tajuk-tajuk berkaitan ilmu Nahu dan dalalahnya dengan baik walapun terdapat sebahagian mereka yang masih belum menguasainya. Dari sudut ilmu Balaghah pula, majoriti responden menunjukkan ketidakpastian dengan tahap pemahaman dan penguasaan mereka terhadap ilmu Balaghah dan dalalahnya. Ia merupakan sebahagian daripada silibus dan modul dalam meningkatkan kemahiran berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Arab dengan fasih dan lancar. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mendapat pandangan awal berkenaan platform pengajaran kemahiran bertutur bahasa Arab yang efektif yang boleh menjadi nilai tambah dalam menguasai kemahiran tersebut. Ia akan direka bentuk bertujuan untuk menyediakan satu platform digital yang mengumpulkan senarai laman sesawang dan kamus elektronik yang mudah di akses, interaktif dan berkesan berdasarkan keutamaan kendiri (self-preference) dan ia juga bersifat mesra pengguna (self-explanatory dan self- delivery) di mana pelajar dapat melakukan pembelajaran kendiri dengan hanya bergantung kepada penerangan dan petunjuk daripada arahan-arahan platform. Soalan kaji selidik ringkas melibatkan 647 orang responden yang merupakan pelajar Pusat Tamhidi yang terdiri daripada pelbagai program yang ditawarkan. Hasil kajian awal mendapati responden sangat optimis dengan platform digital ini. Ia bakal memberi impak yang signifikan kepada para pelajar, pensyarah, Pusat Tamhidi, dan kepada USIM secara menyeluruh kerana ia menyediakan satu nilai tambah dalam mengukuhkan kemahiran bertutur dalam kalangan pelajar Pusat Tamhidi, USIM. Justeru, diharapkan kajian ini dapat menjadi pemula yang baik bagi mewujudkan platform pertama seumpamanya yang mengumpulkan semua laman sesawang dan aplikasi belajar bahasa arab yang berstruktur dan sistematik berdasarkan tahap penguasaan bahasa Arab para pelajar itu sendiri. Noor ;Mohd Fadzil Abdul HanidNorakyairee Mohd RausThis study aims to analyze the need for a new model design of Quranic reflection through learning Arabic vocabulary for adult learners with hearing impairments using innovative Augmented Reality Technology. Learning the Arabic vocabulary found in the Quran and understanding its meaning will enhance the ability to read, comprehend, memorize, and apply it. However, a Quranic reflection model that incorporates AR technology to teach vocabulary to deaf adult learners has yet to be researched or developed. Therefore, a new model must be thoughtfully designed to meet their needs and align with their preferred learning styles. This study follows the needs analysis framework of Hutchinson and Waters (1987), which includes Lacks, Needs, and Wants, to gather data. The findings reveal that most respondents unfamiliar with the Arabic vocabulary in Juzu’30 related to humans, animals, plants, and other natural creations and phenomena. In addition, most of them also show a strong interest in learning Arabic vocabulary related to these categories using AR. Additionally, a majority express a strong interest in learning these vocabulary categories using AR. The proposed AR model for Quranic reflection utilizes immersive 3D experiences, compatible with multiple devices (books and mobile), and integrates visual aids such as animations, fingerspelling, and sign language videos to support a multisensory approach to learning. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Kaedah Fuzzy Delphi: Rekabentuk Model Bahasa Arab Untuk Perundangan Islam Melalui Integrasi Ilmu Naqli Dan Aqli(USIM Press, 2024) ;Ummu-Hani Abas ;Mohammad Najib Jaffar ;Abdul Manan Ismail ;Azlan Shaiful Baharum ;Ahmad Asyraf Mat AliRasmina HasbullahKajian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsensus pakar terhadap kandungan yang diperlukan bagi mereka bentuk pembangunan Model Bahasa Arab Untuk Perundangan Islam Melalui Integrasi Ilmu Naqli Dan Aqli. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif iaitu kaedah Fuzzy Delphi dengan soal selidik tujuh skala likert. Pengkaji mendapatkan konsensus 1 orang pakar dari bidang bahasa Arab dan 2 orang pakar dari bidang Syariah dan Undang- Undang. Borang selidik mengandungi tiga elemen; (i) Kesepakatan pakar secara umum berkenaan tahap pengetahuan bahasa Arab yang diperlukan oleh pelajar Jurusan Syariah & Undang-Undang, (ii) Kesepakatan pakar mengenai keperluan penguasaan pelajar terhadap tajuk-tajuk Nahu dan Fungsi Dalalah Nahwiyyah dalam pembinaan Hukum, (iii) Kesepakatan pakar mengenai keperluan penguasaan pelajar terhadap tajuk-tajuk Balaghah dan Fungsi Dalalah Balaghiyyah dalam pembinaan Hukum. Dapatan kajian berdasarkan konsensus pakar terhadap hampir kesemua item adalah diterima dengan dan melepasi 3 syarat kriteria Fuzzy Delphi iaitu nilai threshold (d) tidak melebihi atau sama dengan 0.2, peratus kesepakatan pakar melebihi atau sama dengan 75% dan nilai Defuzzication (alpha cut) melebihi atau sama dengan 0.5. Namun terdapat 2 item ditolak kerana mencatat nilai Defuzzication kurang dari 0.5. Kajian ini diharap dapat memberi idea baharu kepada institusi pendidikan dalam melahirkan pelajar yang menguasai bahasa Arab dan fungsinya dalam memahami hukum syarak. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Navigating The Vast Seas Of Siwak Or Miswak Scholarship: A Detailed Exploration Of Scopus Publications To Unearth Trends, Patterns, And Future Directions(SPRINGER, 2024) ;Nusairah Ramli ;Nurul Jannah Abd Rahman ;Nadrahtul Huda Misral ;Ummu-Hani Abas ;Nor Haliza Mat-BaharinJuliana JumalThis research aims to evaluate the level of scientific research output concerning Siwak or Miswak using Scopus during the period 2014 to 2024 by employing bibliometrics indicators such as articles, types of documents in this field of research, contributions among different countries, institutions wise contribution, preference of journals for communication this research area. A thorough examination was undertaken on 245 English records sourced from Scopus databases to yield insights. The results highlight a notable escalation in the annual publication of scientific research across the globe. Saudi Arabia (179), and Egypt (107) emerged as the leading contributors on the list India (85) occupies the third rank in global countries’ production over time. The most relevant sources by research for siwak or miswak title were the Molecules with a count of 6 (3.31%). Publication الانزياح الدلالي لصيغتي" أصبح وظل" في القرآن الكريم وعلاقته بالسياق(USIM Press, 2023) ;Abdul Ghani Bin Md Din ;Omar bin Md Din ;Ragab Ibrahim Ahmed AwadUmmu-Hani AbasThis study seeks to determine the meaning of "Asbaha” and “Zholla" in the Holy Quran; This is because these two words have multiple meanings according to the context in which they were found, and we have fixed it with displacement, and Arabic scholars have shown that in order to understand this intent, the idea of this study came to know the semantic shift of the two formulas "Asbaha” and “Zholla" over time in the Holy Qur’an to be evidence of the validity of this saying and how to determine their time in the Holy Qur’an, to show the relationship of structures and context in determining the semantic shift of the two wordsand to identify the clues that helped to know the time of the two wordsin the Quranic texts. The study will follow the descriptive analytical method. The study concluded that the characteristics of the two formulas "Asbaha” and “Zholla": displacement and reversal in denoting the event, and that their significance depends on what is determined by external evidence, while their relationship remains with the time entrusted to them in the context of some verses that require this. It has been shown that the meaning of (Zholla) changes and deviates from the meaning of the temporal formula, and a semantic shift occurs to it, and that is due to external evidence and the context that builds a new meaning for it, or specific to what it was cited for. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication دلالة المفعول به المعرّف بـــــ (ال) في أحاديث الأربعين النووية(USIM Press, 2021-05) ;Ummu-Hani Abas ;Azlan Shaiful BaharumMohd Azizul Rahman ZabidinAlif Lam is a simple binary composite character of alif and lam with various types: ‘ahdiyyah (‘default’ alif lam), jinsiyyah (generic), zāidah (additional), and mauṣūliyyah (relative). If the alif lam is maf’ul bih (prefixed to the direct object), it is either to define jins, called jinsiyyah, or to define its typical share called the ‘ahdiyyah. This research aims to study the meaning of definite object preceded by alif lam in the famous Forty Hadiths of al-Imām al-Nawawī which represents a problem among students to understand deeply the meaning of Hadith. This research was relied on the descriptive analysis method, where it describes definite object preceded by alif lam along with to analyse the alif lam from syntactic and semantic sides. The study has reached some pivotal results which are: the maf’ul bih associated with alif lam which denote ta’rīf (definition) and ta’yīn (specification) occur in twenty-two places, while for istighrāq, ihāṭhah and shumūl of alif lam in nineteen places, and the haqiqah (reality) and tabi’iyyah (nature) in thirteen places. The conclusion of this study establishes the multiple conditions that occur in the sentences and lead to different meanings benefited the grammarians in setting the grammatical rules. The manifestations of creativity in the language and its connotations, represent a problem for many students and readers to understand accurately. This research resorted to the descriptive approach as it describes some manifestations of creativity in the Arabic language, namely the phenomenon of the objection, the phenomenon of omission and the phenomenon of re-mention with its wonderful connotations and the phenomenon of strange words. Then the research came out with some important results. First, including the objectionable sentence in a speech serves to confirm and correct the speech. Second, the deletion comes in some parts of the sentence to denote neglect and disregard, brevity and abbreviation, exaltation and glorification. Third, mentioning some words within the sentence benefits the security of ambiguity, confirmation of the meaning and confirming and negating. Fourth, The advent of strange words indicating the connection of the building with the meaning. It is recommended to all researchers to research the rest of the aspects of the language that indicate its creativity and greatness and apply it to texts from the Qur’an and the Prophetic Sunnah, and study the effect of clues in understanding the intended meaning of God Almighty’s words.
