Typically, gastritis is characterized by nausea, vomiting, pain in the liver, and headaches. Moringa (Moringa oleifera) is a type of shrub that is efficacious in curing various diseases. Moringa has antibiotic and antibacterial properties that can help inhibit the growth of pathogens in the digestive system. There are two objectives in the research, namely: (1) to determine the organoleptic properties of Monkies made from almond flour and moringa leaves, and (2) to determine the effect of giving Monkies biscuits in reducing the symptoms of stomach acid disease in Ar-Rohmah Putri IIBS Campus 2 students. This research method uses experimental methods and data analysis using a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of this study showed that in the organoleptic test, including color, taste, aroma, and texture, 100% of panelists liked the taste of Monkies biscuits, and 20% of panelists strongly disliked the texture of Monkies biscuits. Meanwhile, in the test of the effect of Monkies biscuits on four symptoms of Gerd, namely symptoms of nausea, bitterness in the mouth, pain in the chest, and pain in the throat, data on the effect of Monkies biscuits is very influential on reducing pain in the chest and throat, but has little effect on reducing symptoms of nausea and bitterness in the mouth.4
