| dc.description.abstract | The subject of criminal evidence is an important topic that combines traditional means of proof with modern means of proof, Criminal evidence by modern means represents the practical aspect of a system that is compatible with the current reality and the rapid and significant technological and civilizational development the world is witnessing, This is in line with the development of the criminal method that began to mislead various societies at the beginning of the contemporary technological era, especially crimes that require advanced means to commit them, The perpetrators are difficult to detect easily, if traditional means of proof are relied upon, which are less effective than the means of committing such crimes. The aim of this study is to clarify the nature of modern means and their role in criminal evidence, and to show the extent of their ability to detect crimes that are difficult to detect by traditional means, but the problem of this study is the extent to which the legitimacy of modern means of proof can be recognized, especially in cases where their use by the competent authorities violates the privacy of individuals and their rights protected by solid legislative texts. The importance of this study is highlighted in that it deals in detail with the latest and most advanced scientific methods used in criminal evidence cases, by indicating these means and presenting the extent to which they can be relied upon in criminal evidence, as well as indicating their legal importance in order to rely on the results of their use in this field. Therefore, the researcher relied in this study on the descriptive, analytical and inductive approach to the research problem, objectives and importance, and after collecting the data, it will be analyzed to produce a comprehensive and innovative research paper. | en_US |
