Abstract
Sufi healing through the Al-Qur'an is an approach offered by some therapists as a means of healing and recovering from psychological disorders, especially stress. The COVID-19 pandemic has lasted for a year and a half and the increasing number of COVID-19 cases has caused psychosocial stress to society. This psychosocial stress creates stress and lowers the immune system. This study aims to find a meeting point between Sufi healing using the Al-Qur'an as a medium and stress due to covid 19. The contribution of this research is the existence of Sufistic psychoeducation ideas that can be used as an effort to minimize psychosocial disorders due to covid 19. Literature studies methods used to dig deeper into the study of Sufi Healing with the Al-Qur'an approach. The objects of this research are the concept of Psychoeducation from psychological approach and how it can be integrated with the concept of Sufi Healing from Mr. Mustamir Pedak that used the Al-Qur'an approach for his Sufi Healing method. The research found that the main key in Sufistic psychoeducation is to put the principles of communication based on the ma'rifat aspects of communication, shari'a and hakikat and also tariqah. By understanding the various applications of Sufi Healing with the Al-Qur'an approach, it can be used as a first step to instill understanding through psychoeducation to the community before further dealing with existing stressful conditions.
