Publication Legal Protection Of Women Employment Rights According To Law Number 13 Of 2003 Concerning Employment And Views On Islamic Law(Penerbit USIM, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2021-12-30)Dewi Nurhadiah AndrianiThe results of the research obtained that the legal protection of labour in the Articles of Law number year states that if the female workers/laborers referred to in the paragraph are employed between the hours of s.d. then the entrepreneur is the one who is responsible. Seeing from these provisions, it is clear that every female worker/labour is entitled to legal protection. One aspect of legal protection for workers is in the form of: Economic protection, namely the protection of workers in the form of sufficient income, Social protection, namely: protection of workers in the form of occupational health insurance and freedom of association and protection of the right to organize. Technical protection is the protection of workers in the form of work security and safety. in the view of Islamic law, the protection of female workers can be seen from two aspects. First, in terms of Islamic law (Allah and His Messenger), it aims to fulfil primary, secondary, and tertiary human needs which accumulatively provide protection against five aspects, namely; safeguarding religion, guaranteeing the protection of the right to life, guaranteeing the right to the development of reason and thought, guaranteeing the protection of the right to ownership of property, and finally guaranteeing the right to the development of species and offspring.
