Up to date there is scarcity of such study that aim to address issues related to performance of women social enterprise in Sokoto state, Nigeria. Hence this study aim to present the outcome of the pilot study conducted in Sokoto on research focusing on the performance of women social enterprise development in the state. Research Variables were adopted based on relevant literature in the related area of research and subjected to pilot study. The pilot study was necessary to ensure clarity, readability, face validity as well as reliability of the adopted variables and items under the variables. This requires academic leadership to encourage creativity to acquire core competencies in order to meet performance indicator standards and promote organizational innovation by stimulating intrinsic motivation and influencing creativity in lecturers to provide a favorable work environment. This research aimed to analyze the effect of behavioral leadership, intrinsic motivation on individual creativity. It also examined the effect of leadership style and individual creativity on organizational innovation. The target population was the faculty of economics from two Islamic state universities in Indonesia and Malaysia. The sample of the study was 248 lecturers. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that behavioral leadership directly affects organizational innovation (β = .38; p = .00), intrinsic motivation mediates the effect of behavioral leadership on individual creativity (β = .39; p = .00), and individual creativity affects organizational innovation (β = .35; p = .02). In contrast, individual creativity is not a mediator of the effect of behavioral leadership on organizational innovation (β = .14; p = .23). In addition, intrinsic motivation as a mediator between behavioral leadership and individual creativity. The findings from this research could be applied to enhance organizational innovation by developing intrinsic motivation, and individual creativity among faculty members in higher education. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

This research aims to analyze and know the effect of Electronic Word-of-Mouth (E-WoM) on investment intention in the capital market with brand dan trust as mediation variables. It belongs to qualitative research with an explanatory research approach. The population of this study refers to the people of Jayapura City. The sampling technique was the purposive sampling technique. The samples in this research are 203 respondents. Questionnaires collected data and analyzed using partial least squares (PLS). The results reveal that E-WoM directly affects brand image and trust. Besides, brand image and trust directly affect investment intention, while E-WoM does not directly affect investment intention. Furthermore, brand image and trust can completely mediate the effect of Electronic Word-of-Mouth (E-WoM) on investment intention and function as full mediation. The findings from this research could be applied to enhance investment intention by building customer trust and sharing the banks’ reputation and brand image through E-WoM, so they receive credible information from the bank. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Aziz ;Fuadah Binti JohariAli Ramadan MusbahThis study has addressed the quality of human resources required to be available for engaging in Islamic banks, as the Islamic banking industry is characterized by many of the characteristics that make them different from other conventional banks. This distinction is an Islamic-based entity to abide by the principles and the rules of the Islamic Sharia. This in turn requires specifications and knowledge that must be available among the personnel of the Islamic banks. All this can only come through the development and qualification of human resources commensurating with the nature and specificity of the Islamic banking business activities. The availability of appropriate quality of human resources is the basic guarantee for the success of Islamization of the conventional Banks. Therefore, this paper is aimed at identifying the theoretical specifications required to be available in the personnel at Islamic banks while outlining areas of its development and rehabilitation. This paper also concluded that the qualified human resources is one of the most important success factors towards Islamization of conventional banks. The asnaf group may receive assistance from Zakat payments and income distribution to survive financial difficulties. This article aims to describe how Malaysian Zakat income and distribution function. The significance of Zakat donations to the community for its economic development is discussed in the first paragraph of this article. The history of the Zakat contribution controversy and Sharia-based theory are then covered. The study's conclusion indicates an imbalance in the distribution of Zakat by the state in Malaysia based on the country's poverty rate. In order to ensure that Zakat's contribution to the community is effective, the article underlines the necessity for a thorough action plan to ensure that no Muslim group is overlooked or marginalised. However in the case where the financing strategies has not produce positive outcome, then there is need for an alternative means of finance for the above stated sector. This study therefore attempts to examine the potential of Islamic finance as an alternative source of funding for women entrepreneurs in Sokoto. This paper is based largely on academic research currently undertaken by the researcher on women entrepreneurs in Sokoto state of Nigeria. This paper is a conceptual in nature in which analytical method was employed based on previous literatures to explain the potentials and importance of Islamic finance to the women entrepreneur’s business performance in Sokoto state. The finding shows that finance remains a major impediment to women entrepreneur’s business performance in Sokoto state. the study also find out that the current mode of financing for business women in Sokoto such as personal savings ,family and friends , commercial banks , government , has not been able to produce positive results in terms of their business performances, therefore there is a need for an alternative source of founding. The study conclude that Islamic finance has a role to play in financing women entrepreneurs in Sokoto through its micro finance products such as Mudarabah, Musharakah, Murabahah, Ijarah, Wakalah etc. The study also suggests that Islamic banks in Nigeria should take advantage of this Niche area of women entrepreneurs and explore the opportunities untapped - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

This study is incorporates income variables of micro-entrepreneur’s household, as well as the spiritual level indicator of micro-entrepreneur before and after they received financing from BMT. This is an impact assessment research. Any necessary information for this study will be extracted using empirical method. The primary data obtained through in-depth questionnaires in Bandung, Indonesia. The first object of impact assessment on this study is a group of micro-entrepreneurs that already using financing program from BMT one year or more, and second object is a group of micro-entrepreneurs that less than one year using BMT financing.To measure the impact of the BMT before and after financing on spiritual levels, this research using the pair-t test. The results of this study can be concluded that the number of poor micro-entrepreneurs in Bandung has been decreasing since they received BMT financing and BMT has influencing poverty alleviation among micro-entrepreneurs. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The proposed model consisted of the dimensions and standards of service quality evaluation based on the (service quality model). In order to achieve this, used (CFA) through the Amos program (Amos 21.0).The study population of customers of financial institutions consists of (Libyan Stock Market and the Bank of the Republic and the main branches). The study used a descriptive analytical approach, relying on a questionnaire tool to collect data from primary sources. The study community consisted of university graduates who received training courses in Gaza as part of programs to prepare them for the online freelancing market, with a total estimated number of more than one thousand individuals. A random sample of 126 individuals from the study community was selected, and all questionnaires were retrieved and used for analysis. The study concluded that there is a positive impact of training programs on online freelancing work in creating job opportunities for Palestinian university graduates in Gaza. The results showed a significant positive relationship between managerial skills and obtaining remote job opportunities, with a Pearson correlation coefficient value of (.6900). The results also indicated a significant negative relationship between technical skills and obtaining remote job opportunities, with a Pearson correlation coefficient value of (0.673). Finally, the results also showed a similar relationship between the work environment and obtaining remote job opportunities, with a Pearson correlation coefficient value of 0.522, indicating a strong and significant relationship between them.The study recommended the adoption of an online freelancing model within the Palestinian national strategy to reduce the escalating unemployment rates in Palestine .
