One of these areas is public relations, several studies dealt with the impact of the use of digital means in public institutions such as universities, Public-bodies, and others. In general, digital-media contributed to strengthening public-relations in various public and private sectors. In this study, the effect of employing the digital-media into the public-relations in the official organizations would be investigated. The official institutions is studied in Tulkarm. Publication Hamas Media Portrayal Of Cultural And Historical Heritage Of Palestinian: A Case Study Of Al-Aqsa Television Channel(International Journal Documentation & Research Ins, 2021) ;Ihab Ahmed Ra'uf Awais ;Norhayati Rafida Abdul Rahim ;Sujoud Samih AwaisWesam A.M AlmahallawiThe study intends to examine the revival of Palestinian customs, traditions and rituals related to the historical heritage of Hamas' media coverage. Methodology: This research is descriptive qualitative research, that employs a mixed-method approach used the interview and survey as a tool of data collection.Main Findings: The findings show that Al-Aqsa channel believes that its role is an extension of Hamas Media and its vision in service the Palestinian cause. Based on the survey analysis, Besides the positive aspects of Al-Aqsa TV in the promotion of collective awareness of the Palestinian cause and its national identity. But it was considered as having less attention given to the traditional Palestinian clothing or Popular Proverbs, and cultural and historical heritage, and to allocate more of its programs to focus on heritage and folklore.Applications of this study: This research was conducted on the main bulletins of Al-Aqsa TV channel that affiliated to Hamas and broadcast from Palestine, with the consideration that Al-Aqsa Headquarter located in Gaza City. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study will enable the media practitioners to better understand about the role of Hamas' media toward the Palestinian traditions and rituals related to the historical heritage, and the nature of reflection of its media coverage on the minds, seeking to reach a better distinguish between the reality and what is hoped. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Palestinian Satellite Media in the Service of Palestinian Prisoners in Israel’s Occupation Prisons: An Analytical Study(USIM Press, 2022) ;Ihab Ahmed Ra'uf Awais ;Sujoud AwaisIhab AhmedThis study aims to shed light on the role of the Palestinian satellite media in serving prisoners in the prisons of the occupier and the extent of its ability to develop its media coverage and harness it in defending these prisoners, shouting their voices, conveying their suffering, and mobilizing the local, regional, and global audience behind their cause. The paper was based on its content analysis methodology. This study focused on the media coverage of the Palestinian satellite channels specified in the research's subject throughout 2021, from the first month of January to the last day of the last week of the previous month of December. In the most noticeable results of this study, despite the massive pain and the importance of the issue, the Palestinian visual media did not seek to equate its media coverage with the importance of this issue and the sacrifices of its children. Behind digging up the truth and facing the world with it. The Palestinian visual media was at the quantitative level, so it sought to cover various issues extensively. Publication The Trends Of Using What’s-up Application By The Jordanian Imams In Religious Awareness(PalArch Foundation, 2021) ;Ahmed Al-NadiIhab Ahmed Ra'uf AwaisThe aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the different uses of the "WhatsApp" application by the Imams of the Jordanian Mosques. The study used the descriptive survey methodology to collect data from the study population characterized by the Imams who are officially assigned by the Ministry of Waqif and Islamic Affairs. The study population consists of (2035) Imams, meanwhile, a sample of (607) imams have been chosen randomly, (401) of which use the WhatsApp application for raising and communicating religious awareness, however, (206) Imams of the chosen sample do not use the WhatsApp. Based on two theories; the media richness, and "uses and gratifications", the researcher found Imams “What‟sup” is an effective application that is widely used to communicate with people as well as sharing religious awareness, due to its opportunity of starting group conversations, where the religious messages sent by imams are concentrated, which includes verses from the Holy Qur‟an and its interpretation, the Hadiths of Prophet Mohammed, and Islamic literature. Publication استخدام الصحفيين الفلسطينيين لمجموعات الواتس آب للحصول على الأ خبار والمعلومات(Democratic Arab Center For Strategic, Political & Economic Studies, 2020) ;Hamsah Bassam Ismail Al-NafarIhab Ahmed Ra'uf AwaisThis study aimed at identifying the extent to which Palestinian journalists use WhatsApp to obtain news and information, And that is through knowing the topics used and the source of information that journalists rely on, The data of the study were collected through the survey newspaper, which was distributed to a sample amounting to 10% of the total population of (753) and accordingly, the selected sample is (76) journalists from the Gaza Strip, Among the most important results of the study is that Palestinian journalists have a great interest in following WhatsApp groups to get news and information, by 46.7%, And that Palestinian journalists have a high confidence of 42.8% of the news that is published by groups, Palestinian journalists emphasized that the ease of spreading rumors is one of the main disadvantages of using WhatsApp groups in August while obtaining information, at a rate of 76.6% - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

This study belongs to the category of descriptive studies that seek to monitor, analyze, and evaluate the characteristics of attitudes or groups to examine the current realities of the phenomenon’s or position’s merits, to glean adequate and specific information. The study also uses two methodologies: the survey curriculum, within which the study uses the content analysis method, as well as the interrelationship curriculum, and falls under this curriculum “methodological comparisons”. The study relied on a key information tool, the Content Analysis Form, to analyze the sample of CNN, BBC, and RT’s satellite sites during the one-month comprehensive inventory sample. The study drew many conclusions, most notably the fact that there was considerable interest in covering the Palestinian conflict. “The Israeli” in the sample study, primarily RT, also revealed media framing during the coverage and showed a bias in the coverage in favor of the novel “Israel” in all locations. It also showed a clear visibility of Israeli personalities at the expense of Palestinian figures, with little superiority in favor of Palestinian sources. The importance of this paper is that it is trying to draw a particular concept of a Palestinian national identity in the absence of the elements of the state that almost embodied in and reverse for the Palestinians in the historical and emotional dimensions only. It is also an attempt also to consolidate the elements of identity in the light of the most distinguishing feature of the Palestinian struggle for survival and the role of the peace process and the agreements made on the existence of this identity, and the impact of the mass revolution and the two intifadas them. In this study, to attain such goals, the researcher uses the descriptive approach depending on a literature review on digital media themes and their applications in education at universities. Among the study’s most important findings are achieving quality requirements in the higher education system in Arab universities requires the efforts of all those in charge of it and activating all bodies concerned with education and higher education in Arab countries; besides benefiting from the scientific and information revolution provided by information and communication technology, particularly the Internet, and making education a priority in all development efforts. The controlling and supervisory bodies grant all necessary material, human resources, and administrative freedom. Specific time plans and programs are formed, subject to accountability and periodic review, and incentives and punishments are decided in light of this if the goals are not met. The study employed the descriptive analytical approach to answer the questions and objectives of the study. It concluded with a set of results, the most prominent of which were: to the Palestinian people.The Israeli occupation also prohibits Palestinian journalists from travelling or moving between the same Palestinian cities. The Palestinian journalists who were prevented from moving and travelling were distributed among the various Palestinian towns.The Israeli occupation uses a set of pretexts for these actions, most notably (posing a threat to regional security, incitement through the media, communication/affiliation with prohibited parties, a secret file, and an unknown reason).Among the most significant repercussions of these measures are that they have caused the Palestinian journalist to lose a set of human rights, which are represented by the following points: prevention from press coverage, loss of the right to participate in international events and conferences, loss of the right to work, loss of the right to health, loss of the right to education, He lost the right to express his opinion, he lost the right to found a family.
