This research presents the steps of writing the Sunnah in the Prophet's era, in the historical evidence and evidence market, indicating the effect of proving early writing in the process of protesting the Sunnah, and responding to appeals - which were old and new to the protest process - based on some accounts in which the prohibition was mentioned with the writing of the hadith In the difficulty of the message, and to take that as an excuse to challenge the integrity of the blogging that took place during the reign of Caliph Omar bin Abdul Aziz. The research also shows the effect of the modern blogs written in the first half of the second century AH on the curricula of the modernists in the following eras, and the effect of those blogs on the curricula of the jurists as well, especially the blogs of Hassan Basri, Al-Kalaei and Zaid bin Ali, which were developed in a very early period.

The research revolves around knowing the reason for the descent in removing the problem and ambiguity from the interpretation of the Quranic verse, and defining the meaning of it, among the meanings and possible aspects in its interpretation, the lack of recognition of the reasons for descending for many verses makes the possibility of falling into the error of its interpretation confirmed. Therefore, identifying the reason for the descent and its story represents the safety valve for the interpreter from the interpretation of the word of God without knowledge, and for the importance and place of it in the interpretation, since Muslim scholars have attached great importance to it, and they have drawn on it for their knowledge in an effective role in resolving the problem that surrounds the interpretation of many verses, and I have mentioned examples of This is during the research to emphasize that knowing the reason for the descent is the basis for showing and identifying the meanings of many verses, and eliminating the problems arising from the possible meanings of the Quranic transmissions, and to emphasize that it is not possible to dispense with the interpretation of the Holy Qur�an and to derive judgments from it without examining the reasons for the descent M true understanding of the Word of God is based on science.

In the Quran, the art of dialogue is one of the most refined ways of human interaction. To know the right manners of dialogue for different occasions, we must refer to Quranic stories, which are based on the art of conversing. Hence, this paper aims to deduce the manners and restrictions of dialogue from these stories. After the introduction, the first section of this paper is on the manners if dialogue from Quranic stories including topics relating to speaking with manners and wisdom, sticking to the topic, refraining from extremism and indifference, and being honest, trustworthy and humble while listening to other people. The second section is on the restrictions of dialogue in Quranic stories, such as setting up an objective, being just in the face of allegation, accepting the possibility of the opponents righteousness in the presence of intellectual freedom, and avoiding over-reacting. This study finds that dialogue in the Quran addresses the difference for the sake of Allah. It also indicates the existing struggles between good and evil and its reflection on the lives of the prophets and those who preach for the sake of Allah.

There are many faulty accusations against Sunnah made by the Orientalists, despite the efforts and care taken by the Muslims to preserve it. In response, many contemporary Muslim scholars wrote books to counteract these false accusation. One of them were Muhammad ibn Abu Shahbah in his book entitled Difa’an Sunnah. As such, this paper endeavor to analyse the methods adopted by Abu Shahbah in disproving of both the sanad and matn of the Hadith.
