Today, knowledge is the single most important source of advantage in business, and it resides within the individual members of the organization. To harness this knowledge and direct it towards the achievement of organizational goals, knowledge should be integrated in a systematic manner. Social media can be considered as a tool to integrate knowledge effectively which can lead to improve the organization performance. Prototype system provides the validation for the conceptual model. E Knowledge Integration System (EKIS) prototype has been developed as a method for model validation of Knowledge Integration through social media. This article analyzes the prototype evaluation of EKIS in Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) using Rasch model. The findings indicate that the EKIS prototype is appropriate and significant in supporting propose of KI model and were satisfied in system quality, perceived usefulness and the functionalities. لعب األدب العرب دورا مهما من حيث التأثري يف األدب العاملي عامة واألدب اإلسالمي خاصة. فتأثر به األدب الرتكي واألدب الفارسي واألدب األوردي. ومل يتوقف األمر عند هذه احلدود بل تعدى إىل أبعد منها عندما أتثر به األدب املاليزي. وأتثر األدب املاليزي ابألدب العرب عامة وملا فيه من روح إسالمية من شعر وفنون نثر على وجه اخلصوص. ولعبت املؤثرات العربية واإلسالمية دورا فعاال يف نقل فنون األدب العرب من الشعر والنثر إىل األدب املاليزي. ومنها رواية "فتح األندلس" جلورجي زيدان ملا فيها من املميزات اإلس المية اليت تكمن وراء طابعها ورسم شخصياهتا وأحداثها وبيئاهتا. ويهدف هذا البحث إىل الكشف عن املؤثرات اإلسالمية والعربية اليت أتثر هبا األديب املاليزي السيد علوي اهلادي يف جتربته اإلبداعية مسرحية طارق بن الزايد. ويعتمد هذا البحث على منهج حتليل احملتوى واملقار نة يف مجع معلومات البحث حيث يقوم ابملقارنة بني رواية "فتح األندلس" جلورجي زيدان ومسرحية طارق بن الزايد للسيد علوي اهلادي مطابقا للمدرسة الفرنسية. ويتوصل البحث إىل أن رواية "فتح األندلس" جلورجي زيدان مصدر أساسي ورئيس ملسرحيته من خالل مسار األحداث ورسم الشخصيات ووصف البيئات. ويوصي البحث الباحثني إلجراء الدراسات املقارنة الالحقة بني العملني املذكورين.

With the current situation that is plaguing the world currently, the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has an enormous impact on Malaysia and the rest of the world. This has indirectly led to the global economic recession. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) thinks that the economic situation this time will be like the fiscal crisis that occurred in 2007 to 2008. Not only the economy, but also individuals are also affected by this pandemic situation. In this regard, many people affected by losing their job, salary cuts and many other unprecedented events. This problem create a direct impact to the rising cost of living which requires an effective solution. The paper discussess this issue and the way forward to help people overcome this difficulties. The use of Al-Quran is most common as a mandatory reading for Muslims and their worship. However, in order to ensure that the verses of the Holy Quran are correctly recited, Tajweed regulations must be observed and children must be exposed to them. Therefore, self learning of Tajweed is essential process to learning Tajweed. As a result, this report addresses a research gaps in previous work on Tajweed for market, commercial, and research objectives. Then, we provide our observations from the evaluation and analysis of various research. In order to obtain the limitations of each tool, we consider its features' and utility's strengths and weakness. Isu penyebaran berita palsu antara perkara yang sering dibincangkan di Malaysia sama ada dari sudut undang-undang atau keharmonian masyarakat. Artikel ini menganalisa beberapa isu berkaitan penyebaran berita palsu berkaitan pandemik COVID-19. Ia dikaji dari sudut kesannya terhadap kestabilan masyarakat dari aspek adab kesopanan berkomunikasi dan emosi, samaada bagi penyebar berita ataupun penerimanya. Artikel ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif melalui analisis berita palsu dalam akhbar tempatan, analisis dokumen, artikel jurnal dan buku-buku berkaitan. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa penyebaran berita palsu menjadi kebiasaan bagi sebahagian masyarakat dengan adanya medium media sosial yang dimiliki oleh setiap individu. Sehubungan itu, kajian ini cuba mengetengahkan panduan kesopanan komunikasi menurut perspektif retorik al-Quran dan psikologi bagi membimbing masyarakat ke arah komunikasi yang lebih terpandu. Malaysia has set a goal of becoming a developed economy with high income through sustainable and equitable economic growth by 2030 under Shared Prosperity Vision 2030. To accomplish this vision, vast implementation of takaful al-ijtimai’ (social security) is needed as each individual in the society is entitled to basic needs for them to improve standard of living. The implementation of takaful al ijtimai' in Islamic perspective is much wider which considers the roles and responsibilities of all (i.e., government, institutions, agencies, NGOs and individuals) towards achieving sustainable development. However, one factor that hinders further practices of takaful al-ijtimai’ is the lack of awareness and knowledge of its concept and purposes. Therefore, this paper designed to investigate the awareness and understanding of takaful al-ijtimai’ among Malaysian within the takaful market by collecting primary data through questionnaires. This paper reports results of 267 respondents in Klang Valley and Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. The findings indicate that 71.9 percent of respondents were unaware of takaful al-ijtimai’ due to the Arabic term. Surprisingly, despite their lack of knowledge and understanding of takaful al-ijtimai’, majority of respondents agree that takaful operators can be trusted in dealing with people. The paper will be useful to researchers, professionals and others concerned with sustainable and inclusive economic growth to understand the importance of takaful al-ijtimai’. Such studies on takaful al-ijtimai’ has not been done before. Other than revealing ambiguities, gaps and contradictions in the literature, this paper provides information and guidance for other researchers wishing to embark on research on takaful al-ijtimai’. The returns of ASE companies and share trading have significantly weakened. Numerous companies have been liquidated due to bankruptcy. Investors appear to be less able to find desired investments under these critical conditions. In addition, the investors in Amman Stock Exchange face challenges in determining the accounting and market indicators that affect the stock return. Therefore, this study investigates the effect of twelve accounting and market indicators on the stock return. A yearly data of indicators and company stock price are collected from the ASE website. Panel generalised least squares regression analysis (GLS) has been conducted to accomplish the research objective. Out of twelve accounting and market indicators, the study revealed the TOA had the highest significantly positive effect on stock return. ROA, EPS, STR, and PBV also had a significant positive influence on stock return. In addition, DR had a significantly negative impact on stock return, while the effect of BPS was marginally negative. Besides, MC, ROE, NPM, CR, and PER did not affect the stock return. This study could help investors and portfolio managers to identify the indicators that affect stock returns of ASE Index companies. يهدف هذا البحث إىل معرفة اإلطار القانوين لدولة االمارات حول االجتار ابلبشر ومامييزه عن تشريعات دول جملس التعاون من خالل تطوره إىل ما وصل عليه؛ من خالل اإلجابة على سؤالني رئيسن؛ مها: ما ماهية جرمية االجتار ابلبشر وأركانه، وما هي النظرة التحليلية للمشرع االمارايت يف مكافحة جر ائم االجتار ابلبشر؟ وقد اتبع ً البحث املنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصل إىل مجلة نتائج تتعلق جلرائم بوضع القانون االمارايت قانونً خاصا االجتار ابلبشر كقانون مكمل لقانون العقوابت االحتادي، فثمة أمور وإجراءات يتوجب على القانون االمارايت القيام هبا مثال على ذلك ضرورة جترمي فعل التحريض على ارتكاب جرائم االجتار ابلبشر بكافة صوره، وأبي وسيلةكانت وأايًكان األثر القانوين أو الواقعي املرتتب على هذا التحريض. الكلمات املفتاحية: االجتار ابلبشر، العمل القسري، االستغالل اجلنسي، استغالل االطفال، جتارة األعضاء البشرية.

This study highlights the importance of waqifs’ trust in Malaysian waqf institutions in order for them to remain their loyalty by continuously contribute to the cash waqf. It also reveals the loyalty in cash waqf is not only justified by waqifs’ experience. The findings of this research are based on 378 samples drawn from several categories of government institutions in Selangor whose employees consistently contribute to cash waqf through salary deduction. The SmartPLS analysis is used to investigate the relationship between the constructs of experience, trust, and loyalty. The results indicate trust as mediator to the relationship of waqif experience and loyalty in cash waqf has been validated. Consequently, the outcomes suggested the implementation of waqf institutions to give attention to the issue of trust in enhancing the cash waqf fund, providing waqifs confidence to donate more and indirectly benefiting the ummah and Malaysia. Muslims usually decline when asked to consent to a clinical post-mortem examination for a deceased family member. The low number of clinical post-mortem examination will result in Muslims in particular, and Malaysians in general, being deprived of the benefits of a clinical post-mortem examination. This article is a review looking into why Muslims are reluctant to consent to clinical post-mortem for their relatives, the Islamic rulings in Malaysia with regards to post-mortem examination, and the benefits of conducting a clinical post-mortem examination. The emerging field of exclusive post-mortem imaging (PMI) or non-invasive autopsy will be discussed. A brief analysis will be conducted to assess whether exclusive PMI facilities can be developed in Malaysia. We believe exclusive PMI will be acceptable to Muslims and Malaysians and will result in a higher number of clinical post-mortem examination in the country. The setting up of exclusive PMI facilities is also feasible with regards to funding, logistics and personnel and should be recommended for the benefit of the Ummah. Zakat on business inventory is one of the obligatory zakat on traders in Negeri Sembilan. The Zakat Centre of Negeri Sembilan (PZNS) is the center of collecting and dividing zakat into their asnaf and is responsible for ensuring that traders carry out their obligations on zakat. Nevertheless, every matter related to zakat payment will have problems and issues that will be faced by a zakat center. This article is to clarify that there are issues and challenges faced by zakat center to attract traders in this regard? Hence, the main objective of this study is to study the zakat on business inventory in Negeri Sembilan as well as to clarify the issues and challenges faced by Zakat the Centre of Negeri Sembilan (PZNS) in process of collecting zakat on business inventory in this state. Regarding research methodology, this study uses on qualitative research method in the form of documentation and interviews with the parties involved directly or indirectly in this study. Malaysia is ranked at the 56th place in the Climate Change Performance Index (CCPI) after gradually falling from the 39th place in 2016. The CCPI is useful in assessing the climate change performance of 57 countries including the European Union. With the intention of mitigating negative impacts on the environment due to the emission of harmful substances, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) have been developed by the United Nations General Assembly back in 2015. Thus, green development that fulfils the Green Building Index (GBI) criteria is important as guidelines in designing and developing buildings which are suitable to Malaysia’s tropical climate, environmental & developmental context, and cultural & social needs. In addition, it helpsin tacklingthe issue of climate change in Malaysia. The objective of this paper is to investigate the façade performance of green office buildings in Malaysia based on GBI criteria. Besides, this paper was conducted to explore the matrix assessment on GBI criteria along with Maqasid Syariah principles.Through this study, it is verified that the façade designs that satisfied the GBI criteria in Malaysia are in-lined with Maqasid Syariah principles. ظاهرة الفساد املايل واإلداري ليست وليدة اليوم وليست مرتبطة بزمان أو مكان معينني، فهو آفة متفشية يف مجيع دول العامل دون استثناء تلك املتقدمة منها والنامية، وهي ظاهرة تعدت احلدود الوطنية وأصبحت حتمل طابعا عامليا. ومل يقتصر الفساد على جمتمعات وأنظمة أقتصادية معينة دون األخرى، بل تعاين منه وعلى مدى التاريخ معظم اجملتمعات وبدرجات متفاوتة. و هلذه الظاهرة اثر سليب واضح على جممل األوضاع االقتصادية واالجتماعية يف البلد عرب العقود. ويهدف هذا البحث إىل توضيح مفهوم الفساد اإلداري واملايل. ومناقشته وبيان ااثر الفساد اإلداري و املايل على اجملتمع. وقد اهتم الدين االسالمي احلنيف يف حماربة هذه االفه اخلطرية ونرى هناك العديد من اآلايت القرآنية اليت أكدت على حماربة الفساد،كما أن االمام علي )عليه السالم( أكد على حماربة الفساد واملفسدين وكيفية اختاذ التدابري االزمه للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة اخلطرية . الكلمات املفتاحية: الفساد اإلداري، الفساد املايل، اآلاثر السلبية

Wakaf ahli merupakan salah satu jenis wakaf yang mana manfaatnya disalurkan kepada ahli keluarga, individu tertentu, atau kepada pewakaf itu sendiri. Amalan wakaf ahli ini telah diaplikasikan sejak dari zaman Rasulullah S.A.W dan dapat dilihat melalui perbuatan para sahabat R.A serta umat Islam sehingga ke hari ini. Perundangan yang berkaitan dengan hal ehwal agama Islam di Malaysia termasuk wakaf adalah berpandukan kepada pendapat muktamad mazhab Shāfiᶜiy kecuali negeri Perlis, yang memberi maksud wakaf hanya sah dilaksanakan secara kekal termasuk wakaf ahli. Hal ini telah memberikan kesan kepada pengurusan dan usaha pembangunan harta wakaf ahli di masa akan datang. Justeru, kajian ini dijalankan untuk memperkenalkan wakaf ahli bertempoh sebagai salah satu metode penyelesaian terhadap beberapa konflik dalam pengurusan dan pembangunan harta wakaf di Malaysia untuk masa yang akan datang. Pengkaji mengaplikasikan metode kualitatif dan penelitian doktrinal di dalam kajian ini. Data di dalam kajian ini diperolehi melalui teknik kajian dokumen dari sumber primer dan skunder serta dianalisis menggunakan kaedah analisa kandungan dengan pendekatan induktif dan deduktif. Natijah kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa wakaf dzurri secara bertempoh mampu meningkatkan produktiviti harta wakaf tersebut serta dapat mengembangkan manfaatnya dengan lebih luas dan sistematik. Pengkaji juga menyarankan agar pihak Majlis Agama Islam Negeri menyemak semula kerangka undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan hal ehwal wakaf ahli sedia ada agar dapat dilaksanakan secara bertempoh pula sebagai usaha untuk melestarikan amalan wakaf sekaligus menambah baik pengurusan wakaf ahli di Malaysia. This empirical research examined the factors affecting the unemployment rate in Malaysia. The study applied annual time series data from 1982 to 2013. The data on enrollment to tertiary education, inflation, gross domestic product (GDP) and population were tested for unit root using Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF) test. The results from the ADF revealed that inflation and GDP were stationary at level while unemployment, enrollment to tertiary education and population are stationary at first difference. The Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) were used in the process of estimate the significance of each variable to unemployment. The main results disclosed that enrollment to tertiary education and inflation have significant effect on unemployment while GDP and population seem insignificant to unemployment. The enrollment to tertiary education, inflation and GDP show negative relationship towards unemployment. Meanwhile, the population impacted positively, thereby increase in population would result in increasing the rate of unemployment. The possible reasons of such outcomes are data constraints and excluding relevant variables. Thus, some recommendations suggested to future researchers or policymakers are to increase the sample size and use panel data analysis so that further judgment can be made on the validity of research towards various countries other than focusing on Malaysia. Kajian ini bertujuan melihat tahap penggunaan polydrug, hubungan antara mekanisme pertahanan dan keberkesanan kendiri di kalangan pengguna polidrug di PUSPEN Sg Besi, Kuala Lumpur. Kajian ini melibatkan 210 sampel melibatkan penghuni di PUSPEN Sg Besi yang dipilih secara bertujuan kerana mengambil dadah jenis polydrugs. Instrumen Defense Style Questionnaire (DSQ-40) dan Self-Eficacy Scale (SES) diadaptasi penyelidik di gunakan dalam kajian dan di analisis menggunakan perisian SPSS versi 25. Keputusan menunjukkan tahap mekanisme pertahanan klien berada pada tahap tinggi iaitu 34.3% manakala keberkesanan kendiri berada pada tahap sederhana iaitu 34.3%. Analisis inferensi bagi kedua keputusan menunjukkan hubungan yang lemah dan negatif antara mekanisme pertahanan dan status perkahwinan, dan mekanisme pertahanan dengan penggunaan dadah iaitu (r=-0.061, p=0.0619) dan (r =-0.006, p=0.959). Manakala bagi hubungan keberkesanan kendiri dan pendidikan (r =0.219, p=0.69) turut menunjukkan hubungan yang lemah tetapi positif. Bagi hubungan mekanisme pertahanan dan keberkesanan kendiri (r =0.360, p=-0.69) juga menunjukkan yang lemah tetapi positif. Cadangan penyelidik seterusnya adalah perlu menambahkan pemboleh ubah sikap dan kesihatan mental serta penambahan persampelan bagi mendapatkan dapatan yang lebih baik. يهدف البحث إىل التعرف على املعاهدات الدولية يف ظل قواعد القانون الدويل، حيث أن املعاهدات الدولية ال تربم إال بني أشخاص القانون الدويل، وهي ابألساس الدول واملنظمات، وعلية ال أتخذ وصف ً مكانً املعاهدات الدولية االتفاقيات اليت تعقد بني األفراد، وقد احتلت املعاهدات ابرزا يف القانون الدويل فقد ملا هلا من أمهية للتعاون بني الدول وقد زحت العرف الدويل من عرش مصادر القانون الدويل وتربعت ً، وقد اتبع ً بعد أ ن كان متبوعا ً أو اتبعا عليه بدون منازع أو منافس ورضى العرف الدويل أ ن يكون اتليا الباحث الوصفي واملنهج االستقرائي يف حتليل نتائج املعطيات املتوفرة عن الظاهرة حتليال علميا ومنطقيا هبدف الوصول إىل النتائج العلمية املتعلقة ابملعاهدة الدولية ، وكما توصل الباحث إىل العديد من النتائج والتوصيات أمها: أن املعاهدة الدولية تعقد بني الدول أو املنظمات األمر الذي يتطلب احليطة واحلذر عند إبرام مثل هذه املعاهدات وابلتايل جتنب قدر املستطاع الوقوع يف حرج إزاء الدول اليت مت االتفاق معها وخاصة عند خمالفة هذه املعاهدة ملبادئ الدستور الوطين، وكذلك أن املعاهدات الدولية حتتاج إىل خربة فنيني يف جمال القانون الدويل وذلك لتحليل هذه املعاهدات والكشف عن نقاط الضعف واخللل فيها. الكلمات املفتاحية: القانون الدويل، املعاهدات الدولية، التعاقد .

Diplomasi dan hubungan strategik adalah sebahagian daripada elemen yang signifikan dalam pengurusan Hal Ehwal Islam demi membantu meningkatkan fungsi sesuatu organisasi. Malaysia melalui JAKIM berperanan untuk memperkukuhkan jalinan kerjasama dengan negara-negara luar. Oleh itu, kertas kerja ini akan mengupas pengalaman pengurusan Hal Ehwal Islam di Malaysia dalam memperkukuhkan hubungan diplomatik dengan negara majoriti dan minoriti muslim melalui pertubuhan-pertubuhan Islam di peringkat antarabangsa. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kajian perpustakaan menerusi analisis bahan sekunder, seperti artikel jurnal, buku dan kajian ilmiah bagi mendapatkan maklumat tentang diplomatik dan pengalaman JAKIM dalam melaksanakan hubungan diplomatik antarabangsa. Kajian mendapati bahawa hasil jalinan diplomasi Malaysia dengan pertubuhan-pertubuhan Islam di peringkat Antarabangsa telah membuahkan banyak manfaat dari pelbagai aspek yang mencakupi aspek kesihatan, kebajikan, keadilan, keselamatan dan kesejahteraan ummah sejagat. Kitab Tanbih Al-Ghafilin telah ditulis oleh Sheikh Abdullah bin Abdul Mubin. Kitab ini adalah kitab berbahasa Melayu dengan tulisan jawi, cetakan kertas kuning. Bab-bab yang terkandung dalam kitab ini sebanyak dua belas bab. Kitab ini memuatkan sebilangan besar hadith-hadith Rasulullah SAW, hadith-hadith yang dibawa sebahagian besarnya tidak dinyatakan sumbernya, juga statusnya samada sahih, hasan, daif dan maudhu’. Sebahagian besar juga hanya diterjemahkan ke dalam Bahasa Melayu tanpa menyatakan matan asal dalam Bahasa Arab. Dalam bab kelima iaitu berkaitan menerangkan balasan akibat berliwat didapati banyak hadith-hadith nabi dinyatakan. Hadith tersebut tidak dinyatakan sumber, sanad, matan arab dan statusnya samada sama ada sahih atau dhaif serta maudu’.
